a worth while read

I am so glad I got this one! it was a little difficult for me to get into but honestly I think that was more due to my schedule and not being able to sit with it and engage for more then a few minutes at a time when I started reading this one.
once I did let the story take me, wow..I cannot wait for the next one! well written, well read, the characters are well rounded and the narrator does an excellent job bringing them to life!

You can definitely feel and hear the homage to The Name Of The Wind. Very good narrator/performance.

Kingkiller Chronicles ripoff

It's not bad necessarily, but I found myself angry at how similar it was to kkc in SO MANY ways. it's like that meme "can I copy your homework?" "sure but change it enough so it's not obvious."

The First Binding

While the narrator was great. The storyline had several parts that were unfinished and unexplored. The end of the book was a terrible ending. And all Manal left the book wanting for it’s end. I don’t know if there will be a book 2 But there needs to be something to finish this story. If not this book is a waste of your time.
