I totally enjoyed listening to this audiobook.100 days of self-love Journal teaches you how to allow yourself to think independently above society’s norm. When we think about being happy every single day we begin to believe that it is an impossible Dream. However, this audiobook provides the strategies of how the idea of daily happiness can be achieved. It teaches you through the use of guided reading to ground your mind and quiet your body in order to be happy every single day. it allows you to think beyond what society teaches us. In this way, we can make the impossible possible. This book helps you to follow along for 100 days and in order to create your personal interactive journal as you utilize the steps in order to accomplish your task of total happiness. In addition, it advises you to clean the contamination from your mind, master your confidence and self-awareness in order to discover that higher mindset. When you accomplish this task, fear and anxiety will fade away so that you could live a life of comfort and ease. The book was well written and it provides the tools necessary to help you to achieve your goals. Finally, the biggest takeaway is this audiobook allows you to remember the promise you made to yourself, that is to live your best life now. A really GREAT LISTEN

This audiobook feels like a conversation! The narrator/author does an outstanding job presenting the concepts in a REAL and sincere way! The book stays positive but also tackles tough issues.
