It has so many good promises from God but also breaks down the context of each verse and the meaning for us. I struggle with anxiety and depression and this has been uplifting for me.

I’ve struggled with anxiety and thought this would be a great guide because it also alluded to help from the Bible. It was minimal at best pulling from the Bible to help see situations differently that could help with anxiety. It was more a general bible study book
