Like her sweet cousin Sara, who sets her up with a hot guy at an exclusive underground party. Or her crazy aunt Patrice, who signs Sophie up for a lead role in a living nativity. With a boy who barely reaches her shoulder. And a screaming baby.

When Griffin turns up unexpectedly and begs for a second chance, Sophie feels more confused than ever. Because maybe, just maybe, she's started to have feelings for someone else.... Someone who is definitely not available. This is going to be the worst Christmas break ever...or is it?

Super Cute

What a happy surprise. This book is really sweet and fun! It has layers of struggles not only romantic, but between friends and family as well. It's a great pick me up!

It's based around the holidays, but could be enjoyed year round.

Nice young adult story

This engaging coming of age story centers on family and friendships as well as romance. I enjoyed picturing the tableaus of date disasters and a busy extended family. I would have preferred the addition of a little bit about college majors and career ideas with this age group since college choice was woven into the story.
