If you loved the Last Starfighter you will love this too. I was worried at 1st that this was just going to be a "remake" of the Last Starfighter but it quickly diverges that story into something even better. The only bad part is waiting for the next book.

I enjoyed the simple premise. There were some moments where the science part of the science fiction wavered a little but overall quite a good easy listen.

Love the story, lotta movie tight ends, especially the last starfighter. Seemed very much a retelling and a reworking of the last starfighter but very innovative, very entertaining. Couldn’t stop listening. Fantastic characters hope the storyline carries on.

A great blend of past and future, this really grabs you and doesn't let go. The world building was perfect, and the characters are ones you want to root for. highly recommend.

it flowed very well were yo didn't want to stop listening. it reminded me how I loved the last Starfighter as kid. but it stands up by its self and exceeded the last Starfighter. can't wait for book 2
