Learning to heal from past experiences that will never go away, you just learn to be okay with it. Memories you would like to forget, and memories you would like to keep that always gets overshadowed. Healing from survival mode and many trauma experiences can take years. You may never fully heal, but you learn to be more gentle with yourself in the process.

Sharing my story from the lessons I learned to the experiences I had. From the good and bad, I continue to let every moment and situation inspire me.

Finding your ray of sunshine can be hard to find, in the world that live in today. Life will bring you down, people will try to quiet you and you will be critiqued for everything that you do. Keep finding for that ray of sunshine, don't let anyone tell you differently. Keeping shining, keep using your voice, keep standing up for what is right and don't let nothing change you. Finding the ray of sunshine, is finding peace with yourself and the mistakes you made past and present. You have purpose and don't let nothing change that.

My model show, which each podcast is the runway through each moment in my life. From the highs and lows, this show will always go on. Nothing will ever get boring or old. Each stage of life, you are also a different age as well with more wisdom. My podcast of different ages are like the different type of fashion items we all would like to have or try or we also use everyday. The type of show that is real and honest, and actually started from somewhere.

The summer heat watching the waves from the shore, you never know that the unknown is about to happen. The heartbreak comes in waves, going back to what made me fall in love even more. The heat of a sunburn creates a tan glow, you wish this could be on repeat. No one knows how miserable life has been lately, between your health battles and personal battles. You pretend everything is okay, when it's the opposite of that. A journey of a broken heart no one knew I had, this was the beginning of a healing journey I went on. Hosted on Acast. Finally letting the past go, took forever to get here, but I finally cut all the ties that were attached to me. The only impression I am leaving is the one with back facing my past, while I am walking towards my future. My butterfly/flower tattoo has a new meaning. A dedication when my grandfather passed away, but now the flower represents my past and the butterfly wing represents the future that I am flying to. The flower has to bloom, to provide energy to the butterfly to move on with life. The spring is the strongest version of past, but more wiser. My future only has what I need to move ...

‘Flowers”, is a metaphor of God is preparing you infant of the ones who broke you. Who didn’t appreciate you and threw you away like a piece of trash. That type of karma is coming around. You don’t throw away a good person with good intentions and you think to get away with it. The one who is asset of the company either makes or breaks the company. A hard lesson many will learn, the asset can go anywhere they want. Once decided that isn’t not with it. You need to start counting your days. What was beautiful, from the bloom with many different colors to one who held everything ...

Everything we go through is supposed to lead us somewhere. The choice is up to you. If you want life to lead you where you need to be, or be stuck on past mistakes. Mistakes teaches us lessons that stay with us. Pink Roses came back from the thorns. Thorns representing mistakes and Pink Roses representing lessons. My healing journey hasn't been easy, but I always try to remain humble, kind and respectful. I love the Lord, and I am thankful for everything he has done for me. That his only son gave his life for me. You can't hold a grudge and stay mad forever, because it only hurts you in the end. Sharing my life journey, with my ups and downs, I would rather be honest then to hide every flaw I have. I am thankful for the support, and to be where I am today. I always trusted God with what plan he had for me, but I had to learn to not control everything either. I hope this story I share, inspires others to...

Sonyachne Svitlo (Sunshine), being born in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Being adopted at two years old, flying from Ukraine to The United States Of America took seven days. My book of days, a story to share, the up's and down's. The journey had to start somewhere, many life experiences that were inspirational, while many were lessons learned. The sunshine wasn't based on cloudy day, it was based on how each individual got through a difficult day or time. You can't let life get you down, either you have to go with the flow, or remain strong. Each moment is not only cherished but a moment that teaches us...

Intro: Smile on Face, Like the sunshine is knowing whatever life throws at you, you are determined to never give up. Through the heartbreak, betrayal, sadness, anger or even happiness you will still find your smile. You will cherish each moment of happiness, while learning each lesson in every difficult moment. Everything that happens has a reason, we may not understand it right now, but later on it will make sense.

I am not perfect, I made mistakes, I apologized when I needed to. I never wished bad on anyone because all of us are not perfect. Did it take me awhile to heal from certain things, to eventually to forgive them, yes. I also forgave myself as well. My Hope is in you is realizing we are never alone. God always wants us to come home. No matter how painful the lesson was, he wants us to come home. I have learned many times as I can’t stay away from God. I need him in every aspect of my life. I can’t go on with life without him. No matter how hard it is to admit we need him, we really do ...

Pumpkin Spice is a seasonal drink, like in life everything that happens is seasonal. Having one surgery in the beginning and about to have another surgery at the end of this year. Many changes have happened this year and many more will come. What is happening now is seasonal. The fears or being afraid of the unknown until the unknown happens. The sunflower keeps on blooming, even when the storm becomes rough. While the butterfly is still molding into a stronger version of itself. The common factor with the sunflower and the butterfly is when life gets rough. The sunflower and the butterfly keep moving forward, while evolving. All of us will go through rough patches in our lives, we will get lost, and may wander. That doesn't mean we are lost, we just need adjust a few things in our lives to find the path we were on before. You will hurt, cry a little and feel anger. There will be grief and happiness, no matter season you are in. ...

Life will become hard, some moments will be joyful while other moments will hurt. Life As An Anchor learning how to build a foundation, learning how to swim or float. Life won't always be easy, there will be many things we will learn and regret. Life will always show us our weaknesses and strengths. In every storm there is something beautiful, in latitudes and attitudes it wasn’t just lessons learned. Forgiving the ones I hurt or hurt me. It was going through the storm and not giving up. Some days may be harder than any other day, but I still got through it. Every storm will end and you will be in a better place than before.
