why do we feel anxious as humans? and/or how do we navigate anxiety? where does it come from, and where do we go from here? how do we "get rid of," lessen, or manage anxiety? ride this wave of thought with me as I explore humans' experiences with anxiety throughout time, recent discussions surrounding mental health, the entanglement of social media and addiction, human connection, and how we can better care for one another. i hope this conversation supports us in making changes that could perhaps support reducing anxiety within ourselves... and beyond!!! :)

  • the body tells a story, collective dissociation, and making change pt. 2
    Sep 16 2025

change starts with us; feeling our sensations and letting them guide not only our next steps as individuals, but also as a collective. let this discussion be an inspiration to reflect on how we participate in the change-making process, starting with presence and existing in our own bodies in a world that asks us to go against our own nature to uphold a status que that ultimately benefits an elite few and empowers genocide and oppression around the globe. join me in reflecting on collective dissociation, facing the truth of the limits our current infrastructure has to guide us towards health, and how changing the systems that interact with our physical health can be pursued by starting with understanding the story of our own bodies and souls.

    Apr 4 2025

whether or not we are consciously realizing it, relationships with our bodies tell a story. your story. an an entangled web of survival or attempting to keep up in a world moving at a not-so-ideal pace for listening to or noticing yourself in the time, space, and body you occupy. do you move to punish yourself? is the collaboration between your mind and body rooted in self-hatred, self-loathing, or wishing you were somewhere, someone you're not? if so, it's okay to be here, where you're at <333 join this conversation to spark honesty and a noticing, prioritizing learning to curate intuition and bring attention to ways in which we dissociate and/or the potential consequences of doing so.
