  • Episode #35 Meet Lisa O'Carroll
    May 3 2025

In this episode, I'm joined by Lisa for an honest and heartfelt conversation about something that affects so many women but is still too often overlooked: burnout.

Lisa opens up about her personal journey—how burnout showed up in her body, how it affected her life, and what it took to truly recover.

Her story is a powerful reminder that burnout often creeps in quietly—and by the time we notice it, we're already in the thick of it .

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected, this episode is for you. Talking about burnout is the first step toward understanding it—and finding better ways to cope.

  • Episode #34 Meet Ananya Prasad
    Apr 26 2025

Today I’m joined by someone truly extraordinary.

Ananya Prasad has successfully completed what's called the World’s Toughest Row. A rowing race across the Atlantic ocean that sees teams of 5 or less people compete, Ananya entered as a solo rower.

I am in complete awe of this woman.

It took Ananya 52 days to row unassisted on a non-stop 3000-mile voyage from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua. She began on December 11th 2024 and arrived 2nd place in the solo category on February 1st 2025.

Ananya speaks to me about the challenges she faced during her time rowing the ocean and also the unique experience of doing it alone. I was hanging on every word. What this young woman has accomplished is beyond inspiring.

I hope you enjoy this conversation.

  • Episode #33 Meet Judith Cuffe
    Apr 19 2025

This is a particularly special conversation for me, I am so grateful to Judith for joining me to talk about her life over the last few years.

After suffering two family losses in quick succession, Judith’s life was turned upside down.

Learning how to live again and what fulfilment truly means to her, she retrained as a funeral celebrant with a strong ethos that every life deserves applause.

While loss is always a life changing event, it has become her mission to alter the way we see traditional funerals. Celebrating life through bespoke services is a beautiful way to commence the journey of loss, and can offer meaning to those left behind.

Judith's resiliency and bravery in the most difficult of times are truly inspiring, I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

  • Episode #28 Meet Caoimhe Harrison
    Jan 11 2025

In this final episode of season two I speak with Caoimhe Harrison.

I LOVE a business chat and this one didn't disappoint, if you're a woman who runs a business this is for you.

Caoimhe talks to me about her business experience, the highs, the lows and the journey that's taken her to where she is today. I love Caoimhe's ability to really own her success in creating a business that also gives her quality of life.

We talk about money and our subconscious relationship with it, how triggering it can be as a topic and how our relationship with money is linked with our relationship with power.

Caoimhe talks about how often we play it safe.... and how we might even be afraid to receive what we are looking for because of our relationship with our own power.

I hope you enjoy this conversation.
