  • Lauren: "Give yourself the gift of seeing what you're able to create"
    Oct 27 2025

Lauren’s story is one of curiosity, courage, and self-discovery. After nearly ten years in a relationship that was increasingly out of alignment with her own growth, she faced a moment of mystical reckoning one afternoon that something had to change. Following her intuition, Lauren navigated a period of transition that involved changing nearly every aspect of her life.

She shares the emotional complexity of her breakup: both the mourning of what was lost, and the relief and freedom that came from returning to honouring her needs. She also explores the influence of family culture, early lessons about curiosity and self-knowledge, and how those foundations shaped her ability to embrace uncertainty and step fully into her potential.

Whether you’re facing a major life transition, questioning long-held commitments, or simply seeking inspiration to trust your intuition, Lauren’s story is a testament to leaning into resistance, honouring your inner voice, and embracing the unknown with curiosity and courage.

  • Peter: "Show up as your full self every day"
    Nov 10 2025

Peter’s journey is one of grit, self-discovery, and courage. After years of overdelivering in high-pressure sales roles at tech companies like Dropbox, Slack, and various startups, he found himself trapped in the same painful pattern: hard work and results were met with doubt, misunderstanding, and missed recognition.

In this conversation, Peter shares how repeated setbacks - from being told he didn’t have “enough white hairs” to being offered roles that didn’t align with his passion — ultimately pushed him to bet on himself. He opens up about the toll that his sacrifices took on his health and personal life, how he processed grief after his sister’s death, and why he now leads with authenticity and vulnerability as his greatest assets.

Peter’s story is a testament to the power of listening to yourself, taking courageous risks, and pursuing work that's aligned with your core values.
