  • #351 - How Emily Lost 7% Body Fat, Healed Her Metabolism, and Fell in Love with Food Again with Emily Hayne

    She was doing everything right… and nothing was working.

    Emily was 43, active, and disciplined.

    She ran 20+ miles a week, did CrossFit 5–6 days, and tried everything from hormone doctors to restrictive diets…

    But after coming off the pill at 38, everything changed.

  • #349 - Kathleen lost 40lbs, healed her gut, found her confidence… and left her husband

    Kathleen came to us at 37 two kids, a hair salon, years of dieting under her belt… and absolutely exhausted.

    ✔️ She’d done keto, paleo, calorie counting even tried being vegetarian (despite hating vegetables)

    ✔️ She’d smashed herself with CrossFit and trail running

    ✔️ She’d fractured her femur and was still trying to train in her basement gym

    But she was stuck.

    ❌ Her digestion was a mess constipated one day, diarrhoea the next

    ❌ By bedtime, she looked 6 months pregnant from the bloat

    5️⃣ And we reminded her: this isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, self-compassion, and showing up even on the hard days

    The result?

    🔥 Regulated digestion (no more unpredictable bowels or painful bloating)

    🔥 Stable mood, steady energy, and a predictable cycle

    🔥 Confidence so strong she left an abusive marriage

  • #347 - From Exhausted to Empowered: How This 43-Year-Old Lost 80lbs & Took Back Her Life with Annette

    She lost 81 lbs and dropped her body fat in HALF… but the real transformation? That was internal.

    When Annette first came across my content, she’d already tried it all, Whole30, keto, intermittent fasting. She was eating “healthy,” had a background in nutritional therapy, but was miserable in her body.

    Then came the Easter tree swing moment.

    She was with her nephew and couldn’t do something as simple as swinging from a rope without fear and a painful injury because her body didn’t feel strong enough.

    That was the turning point.
