  • #333 - Struggling with Fat Loss, Insomnia, and Hormone Issues? This 41-Year-Old Mum Finally Found a Sustainable Solution with Isha Julka

    When Isha found us, she was 41, a busy working mum, and completely burnt out from trying to “fix” her body. She was doing everything she thought she was supposed to—fasted HIIT 5–6 days a week, barely eating, and constantly chasing results that never came.

    Despite her efforts, she felt exhausted, anxious, and stuck in a body she didn’t recognise. Her PMS was debilitating, she couldn’t sleep, her thyroid was struggling, and her doctor had started talking about perimenopause.
