  • #351 - How Emily Lost 7% Body Fat, Healed Her Metabolism, and Fell in Love with Food Again with Emily Hayne

    She was doing everything right… and nothing was working.

    Emily was 43, active, and disciplined.

    She ran 20+ miles a week, did CrossFit 5–6 days, and tried everything from hormone doctors to restrictive diets…

    But after coming off the pill at 38, everything changed.

    Weight gain.

    A miscarriage.

    Bloating.

    Swelling.

    Confusion.

    She felt lost in her own body.

    And she said something I’ll never forget:

    “I just didn’t feel like myself anymore.”

    Emily had thyroid disease, went through cancer treatment in her 20s, and spent years trying to "fix" her body through restriction, cardio, and elimination diets. But it wasn’t until she found the pro-metabolic approach and joined our program that things finally started to shift.

    We didn’t jump straight into fat loss.

    Instead, she spent months focusing on restoring her metabolism, improving her thyroid health, getting her strength up, and eating enough to feel good again.

    We tracked her biofeedback, made tweaks to her food, and supported her with salt, carbs, and consistency.

    Once her body was in a better place…

    That’s when we went into a fat loss phase and the results came quickly.

    💥 She dropped 7 lbs and 7% body fat in just 6 weeks

    💥 Her confidence is back

    💥 Her clothes fit again

    💥 Her gym mates are noticing her muscle definition

    💥 She said, “I feel like myself again… and I’m finally warm!”

    Oh and she’s eating fruit, cheese, potatoes with butter and salt, and never feels deprived.
