  • Love That Lives
    Mar 1 2026

There are many examples of love in the world. Many of them center ownership, togetherness, or longing.

This reflection emerged when I noticed my grief wanting clean lines — a clear villain, a simple ending. Instead, what surfaced was something more complex: love that lives without needing resolution.

This video wasn’t planned. I’m grateful I recorded it. It now stands as one small example of love that lives — and of grief that can exist without erasing what was real.

The final minute holds a visual reflection featuring an unfinished painting; you can view it in the video version on YouTube and Spotify. (https://youtu.be/a_2TG5KSMEQ?si=sE3LkC4H8tBX7jKv&t=2248)

  • The Constant Self
    Feb 14 2026

In this late-night voice reflection, I explore when I realized my body was trying to protect me, not limit me.

From dissociation to partnership, from blame to admiration — this is about what changed when I stopped seeing my body as the problem.

  • Love That Doesn’t Suffocate
    Nov 17 2025

We all know love as something warm, something gentle. Love with intensity and love with closeness.

In this reflection, I name what it’s like to hold love that doesn’t suffocate —

love that carries warmth with consent.

This was recorded during a moment of grounding after a rupture from love that felt suffocating.

It isn’t a clean Just You and Me episode.

    It’s a moment I bring you into as I live it —

me, my world, and my reality.

I hope this reminds you that you deserve love that hears you.

As promised in the episode, here are the lyrics to my version of the Barney's “I Love You” song:

    I love you.

    I see you.

I know I’m right here for you,

    with a great big hug

    and a kiss from me to you;

Only if you want it too..!

I hope this version holds space for you and the love you truly deserve.

  • Letting Go, Out Loud
    Oct 22 2025

I had to do something difficult — something that asked for every bit of courage I had.

The world often shows what living looks like, but rarely what makes it possible.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s a moment of choosing peace, and closing a chapter with honesty and care.

Two truths live side by side: love and pain, gratitude and release. Both are real, and neither erases the other.

This reflection speaks openly about recovery and rebuilding a sense of safety.

It isn’t graphic, but it’s emotionally raw. Please take care while listening.

Through this piece, I name what I’m building now — a life rooted in safety, sustainability, and self-partnership.

  • You Deserve to Breathe Here
    Aug 13 2025

I’m not an expert. I’m not a guide.

I’m just another human you might pass by—

Someone you’d see looking up at a tree while the world rushes on.

    This podcast isn’t a performance. It’s a sharing.

A reflection of what life has taught me—not through books or titles,

but by surviving what I was never meant to survive,

and learning how to live anyway.

In this first episode of Voice Reflections with Harshini, I speak from that place.

    About a mighty eagle.

About what it means to tend the garden inside us.

About the breath we forget we deserve.

It won’t be the most perfect podcast you’ve heard.

I hope it’s the one you return to.

Not because it changed your mind—

But because it brought you home.
