This is a voice-led space where I, Harshini, share what my body, my life, and life itself have taught me through surviving astronomical odds. These reflections are stories, teachings, and breath-by-breath truths from a life being built in real time — a survival story that turned “1 in billions” into “I am safe.” For anyone navigating challenges, on the journey of self-discovery, feeling lost, or simply learning to breathe as you are, you are welcome into this gentle, pressure-free, performance-free space with me, where your presence is enough.Harshini Busireddy Biografías y Memorias Ciencias Sociales

  • Love That Lives
    Mar 1 2026

There are many examples of love in the world. Many of them center ownership, togetherness, or longing.

This reflection emerged when I noticed my grief wanting clean lines — a clear villain, a simple ending. Instead, what surfaced was something more complex: love that lives without needing resolution.

This video wasn’t planned. I’m grateful I recorded it. It now stands as one small example of love that lives — and of grief that can exist without erasing what was real.

The final minute holds a visual reflection featuring an unfinished painting; you can view it in the video version on YouTube and Spotify. (https://youtu.be/a_2TG5KSMEQ?si=sE3LkC4H8tBX7jKv&t=2248)

  • The Constant Self
    Feb 14 2026

In this late-night voice reflection, I explore when I realized my body was trying to protect me, not limit me.

From dissociation to partnership, from blame to admiration — this is about what changed when I stopped seeing my body as the problem.

  • Love That Doesn’t Suffocate
    Nov 17 2025

We all know love as something warm, something gentle. Love with intensity and love with closeness.

In this reflection, I name what it’s like to hold love that doesn’t suffocate —

love that carries warmth with consent.

This was recorded during a moment of grounding after a rupture from love that felt suffocating.

It isn’t a clean Just You and Me episode.

    It’s a moment I bring you into as I live it —

me, my world, and my reality.

I hope this reminds you that you deserve love that hears you.

As promised in the episode, here are the lyrics to my version of the Barney's “I Love You” song:

    I love you.

    I see you.

I know I’m right here for you,

    with a great big hug

    and a kiss from me to you;

Only if you want it too..!

I hope this version holds space for you and the love you truly deserve.
