  • Crying During Relax & Release? This Is Normal (Michael Singer)
    Apr 12 2026

In this episode, I share something that might surprise you about Michael Singer’s “relax and release” practice…

What if crying is not a sign that you’re doing it wrong… but actually a sign that you’re doing it right?

When we go through difficult emotions, our natural tendency is to resist, suppress, or push them away. But this method invites us to do the opposite. To soften. To relax. To allow.

And sometimes, that process brings tears.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • Why crying can be a natural part of emotional release

    • The difference between “low-hanging fruit” situations and deeper emotional triggers

    • What it really means to allow an emotion instead of resisting it

    • Why this practice can feel painful, but still be deeply healing

If you’ve ever felt like you’re failing at letting go because emotions feel too intense… this might change how you see it.

I’d love to hear from you:

Have you ever experienced tears while trying to process or release an emotion?

  • What If Enlightenment Is Actually Simple? S2E31
    Mar 22 2026

What if enlightenment isn’t something you have to chase… but something you’ve already experienced?

In this episode, I question a deeply ingrained belief: that liberation must be complicated, difficult, or reserved for a select few. We’re often told it requires years of effort, expensive retreats, or extraordinary experiences.

But what if that’s not true?

I explore the idea that true liberation is simply freedom from being entangled in our own thoughts and emotions. Not by getting rid of them, but by recognizing that we are the one observing them.

If enlightenment is simply resting as awareness itself, then perhaps it’s not far away at all.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments. Do you believe enlightenment has to be complex, or could it really be this simple?

  • Struggling With Meditation? Try This Instead. - S2E30
    Mar 15 2026

Rupert Spira describes meditation as the “softening of attention.” I love this way of looking at meditation because it points to something very simple and very practical.

When our attention becomes sharply focused on a thought or an emotion, we get completely pulled into it. If we are feeling anger, fear, or anxiety, our whole experience can become consumed by that one feeling.

But when we soften our attention, something interesting happens. We create a little space. We are able to step back and observe the thought or emotion instead of being overwhelmed by it.

In this episode, I explore this idea of softening attention and share a simple analogy of a game I used to play as a child!

Let me know in the comments if you have ever tried this practice and what your experience has been.

  • The Invisible Fence That’s Limiting Your Life - E29
    Mar 8 2026

There’s a powerful analogy in The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer about a dog living inside an invisible electric fence. After getting shocked once, the dog learns where the boundary is and never crosses it again. Even if the fence is later turned off, the memory of the discomfort is enough to keep the dog confined.

In this episode, I reflect on how we do the exact same thing in our own lives.

Past embarrassment. Rejection. Failure. Being shut down. Those moments become invisible fences. And without realizing it, we shrink our lives to avoid feeling that “shock” again.

But what if the fence isn’t actually there anymore? What if the only thing stopping us is our fear of discomfort?

I share how learning to face uncomfortable emotions instead of avoiding them expands our freedom and opens up a much bigger playground in life.

Let me know in the comments:

What is one small fear you might be ready to face?Is there something you’ve been avoiding because you don’t want to feel embarrassment, rejection, fear, or discomfort? You don’t have to tackle the biggest fear today. Just one small step beyond the boundary.I would love to hear your reflections 🤍

  • Don’t Put Spiritual Gurus on a Pedestal. - S2E28
    Feb 26 2026

Recent news involving Deepak Chopra prompted me to reflect on something important for all of us on the spiritual path.

This video is not about attacking anyone. It’s about a pattern we see again and again: putting spiritual teachers on a pedestal.

Spiritual teachers are human. They can offer wisdom. They can help us grow. But they are not above us.

In this episode, I share why it’s important to separate the teaching from the teacher, avoid unhealthy attachment, and remember that you are your own best guru.

Learn from everyone. Follow no one blindly. Trust your own inner guidance.

If something resonates, keep it. If it doesn’t, let it go.

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. This video is not about attacking anyone. It’s about reflecting on a pattern we see often on the spiritual path.

Please keep the discussion respectful and focused on the principle, not personal attacks.

What are your thoughts on separating the teaching from the teacher?

  • How to Let Emotions Pass Through You - S2E27
    Feb 22 2026

LINK TO RELAX & RELASE VIDEO: https://youtu.be/huiXxW8Xwqo

The next time you feel triggered, anxious, angry, or overwhelmed… try this.

In this episode, I share the most important spiritual lesson I’ve learned over the years: how to shift your attention away from the mental story and toward the body sensation underneath it.

When we stop feeding the story and start allowing the feeling, something powerful happens. Emotions begin to move through us instead of getting stored.

This simple shift has helped me suffer less, resist life less, and feel more free overall.

Try it first with the small irritations. Practice with the red lights and traffic moments. And then slowly bring it into the bigger triggers.

Let me know in the comments if you’ve tried focusing on body sensations before, and what your experience has been.

Where in your body do you feel your difficult emotions?💛
