  • Ethical Manpower in 2026
    Feb 26 2026

Ethical manpower is more than a buzzword, it is a mindset we need to be talking about now more than ever.

Back in 2011, I sat down with Tristan on Nightline to unpack what ethical manpower really looks like in practice, the tough decisions leaders face, and what happens when you choose to do the right thing even when it is not the easy thing.

I am bringing this conversation back because it is just as relevant today as the day we recorded it, especially as organizations rethink how they hire, manage and support people in a world of constant change.

If you care about leadership, culture and doing business the right way, this is a must listen.

  • The Doodle Revolution
    Feb 3 2026

I'm back with another episode of the Nightline Replay! For over a decade, I was the host of Nightline on DubaiEye 103.8FM and had the opportunity to talk to the UAE community and interview some incredible people. I'm digging back into the archive and sharing some of my favourite episodes.

This episode is particularly interesting, especially given the recent discussions about going back to old school analogue methods and the power of writing things down by hand. I had the chance to talk with Sunni Brown and Stacy Weitzner about doodling and how it brings art and information together.

This was a conversation post-TED in 2011, and it's as relevant today as it was back then ! Enjoy.

  • Carleton University Journalism
    Jan 13 2026

Some programs only make sense later.I finished my BA at Carleton University 35 years ago and, like most students, I was just happy to be done. But about 10 years later, I realized how formative the Mass Communication experience really was in shaping how I think about media and digital literacy, democracy, information, and the power of a national story. That’s why it was so interesting to sit down with Zach Landry, who’s just wrapping up his four years at Carleton, to hear how the program looks from the student lens right now.Full conversation here:YouTube: https://youtu.be/Mm8ZWeg02a8Spotify: https://spotifycreators-web.app.link/e/Zgx9HfzUBZbWhat did you think your education gave you at the time, and what do you see differently now?
