I will be creating a Discord soon so that way we can begin to have these conversations on some of the things I've discussed since the start of my podcast and will give you guys an opportunity to join the conversation. 

Accepting the things, you cannot change is easier said than done. However, we must be in a place to accept the things that we can change and be OK with the things we cannot change. Along with that being OK with not being OK is important to remember.

 It's never easy and no one should do it on their own so reach out to your support system, create safe spaces for you to deal with, and remember self-care is important in all aspects.

Welcome to 2022! Take the time this year to truly understand yourself and the world around you before you take charge of the changes to come this year. Once you realize your strengths they can work for you instead of against you. 

Now let's talk about Critical Race Theory specifically the fact that it's an ideology and not something that is taught in school. People argue that the educational system teaches kids this theory without realizing we're influenced by outside forces, not school, on some of the ideals we have as kids, teens, and adults.
