  • Do you trust that things are working out for you?
    Jul 3 2025

Welcome back to The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast.

In today’s episode, Candace opens up about a decision she made a few years ago to release the need for a permanent teaching contract—and how choosing flexibility over fear has created more alignment and freedom in her life. She reflects on the quiet strength it takes to trust that things are working out, even when the path ahead isn’t perfectly clear.

✨ Letting go of what feels “secure” to make space for what feels aligned
🌙 Trusting life’s unfolding, even when we don’t have all the answers
💛 Seeing how hindsight reveals the beauty in choices that once felt uncertain
🌀 Noticing repeating patterns as invitations for healing and growth

This episode is an honest and gentle reminder that trust isn’t passive—it’s a conscious choice to believe in something greater, even (and especially) when you can’t see the full picture yet.

Whether you're in the middle of a life shift, waiting for clarity, or just needing a dose of divine reassurance—this episode is for you.

If this landed in your life today, it’s not by accident. 🌈

  • You have always been enough- Claudia Noriega- Bernstein
    May 29 2025

We’re diving into a soulful, truth-filled conversation with the radiant Claudia—an artist, mother, cycle-breaker, and one of the most intentional women I know. This episode is rich with wisdom, warmth, and the kind of real talk that stays with you long after you listen.

Claudia’s journey is one of deep transformation:

Growing up in a home where love felt conditional

Choosing to break generational cycles and raise her daughters with authenticity and presence

How creative expression through painting mirrors her inner healing

Why being present, not perfect, is the greatest gift we can give our children

We also talk about the beauty of giving yourself permission to be a work in progress, to create for the joy of it, and to love yourself along the way. This episode is an invitation to get curious, stay open, and remember—you have always been enough.

Claudia is an artist, writer, philanthropist, and inner-abundance coach for moms. Born in Peru, she began her career as a teenage actress in the hit telenovela Carmín, later becoming one of the youngest TV producers in her country. After moving to the U.S., she worked in media and entertainment while raising three children as a single mother.

Her personal healing journey led her to life coaching in 2008, and since then, she’s dedicated herself to empowering women and children to reconnect with their self-worth, purpose, and inner power. Claudia is the author of several books and journals—including Brighter Days, I Am: My Gratitude Journal, and I Don’t Shrink to Fit—and recently launched a children’s book series addressing topics like grief, divorce, and secrets.

She’s a passionate advocate for education and immigrant families. Her work has been recognized by the UNLV Boyd School of Law and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Claudia is also the host of the award-winning podcast Don't Shrink to Fit.
