  • Week 3 of the 8-Week Journey: Words Hurt | Communication & Emotional Safety
    Mar 11 2026

Tonight’s community conversation from The People’s Podcast continues our 8-week healing journey with Week 3.

Our focus tonight is something simple that carries deep impact: words hurt.

Many people grow up hearing that words should not affect them. Yet most people can remember a sentence, a comment, or a moment that stayed with them for years.

Words shape how people see themselves. Words influence how relationships grow. Words create either emotional safety or emotional harm.

During this gathering we explored how communication patterns develop, why hurtful words often stay with people long after they are spoken, and how becoming aware of the language we use can help create healthier relationships and stronger connections.

We also began introducing the next step in Week 3 of our journey. In our next discussion we will explore a deeper question that grows directly from tonight’s conversation: Do I feel safe? Understanding emotional safety helps people recognize the environments and relationships that support honesty, respect, and personal growth.

  • Be Water-Week 7 of the GPS Healing Journey
    Apr 8 2026

Week 7 of the GPS Healing Journey begins with a powerful shift…

Not just understanding healing… although living it.

“Be Water” is about learning how to move without resistance, how to release control, and how to trust yourself when life shifts.

Many of us learned control as protection. Although over time, that same control can create pressure.

In this conversation, we explore what it means to flow instead of force… and how our thoughts, choices, and responses all connect.

We also begin introducing the 12 Laws of Karma… not as punishment, although as reflection. Tonight, we explore the first 6 and how they show up in real time.

Before we began, we took a moment as a community to send love and support to Tim Kranz, who was impacted by a neighboring house fire. If you would like to support, please consider giving, sharing, or sending positive energy.

  • Healing GPS Journey Week 6: Calm Isn’t Danger
    Apr 3 2026

In this Week 6 Healing GPS Journey session, we focus on understanding how the body responds even when the mind is aware.

After renewing the mind, the nervous system can still react based on past experiences. This episode explores how to retrain the body to feel safe, how to sit with calm without reacting, and how to begin trusting peace without questioning it.

We discuss emotional regulation, awareness, and how to move from reaction into intentional response.

Healing is not only mental. It is something the body must learn to experience.

  • Healing GPS Journey Week 6: Renewing the Mind
    Apr 1 2026

In Week 6 of the Healing GPS Journey, we focus on renewing the mind and understanding how our thoughts have been shaped through past experiences.

Many of the patterns we carry today were formed during moments when we needed to survive. Over time, those patterns became automatic and began shaping how we see ourselves and the world.

This episode explores how awareness allows us to recognize those patterns and begin creating new ones that align with who we are becoming.

Healing is not only about releasing the past. It is about building a new way of thinking.

  • Learning to Love Life, Not Just Survive It | Healing GPS Journey Week 4
    Mar 20 2026

In this Healing GPS Journey gathering, we explore the powerful transition from emotional survival into intentional living. Many people spend years developing strength, awareness, and protective behaviors simply to navigate difficult experiences. While these survival patterns once served an important purpose, healing often introduces a new question — how do we begin allowing ourselves to truly experience life?

This conversation reflects on the discomfort that can arise when peace becomes unfamiliar and calm moments feel uncertain. Together we discuss how growth can involve learning to trust safety, embrace presence, and recognize that life is not only about overcoming challenges, yet also about creating meaning, connection, and self-acceptance.

As a healing family, we continue supporting one another in building emotional awareness and moving forward with intention.

The Healing GPS Journey continues next week as we explore Survival Masks and the path toward discovering our authentic self.

  • Week 4 Tuesday — I Still Care, It’s Not Personal.
    Mar 18 2026

Week 4 of the Healing Journey GPS continues as we explore the emotional reality that growth can change how we show up in relationships. In this community gathering of The People’s Podcast — We’re the ears that listen, where your opinion matters, we reflect on what it means to still care about others while learning to care for ourselves in healthier ways.

Choosing emotional boundaries can sometimes be misunderstood as rejection. This discussion focuses on recognizing the difference between self-respect and emotional distance, and understanding that healing often requires us to move beyond survival patterns that once felt familiar.

As we grow, we may experience guilt, confusion, or loneliness while adjusting to new standards and priorities. This conversation invites honest reflection on self-worth, communication, and the courage it takes to create space for personal healing without losing compassion for others.

Join us as we continue this journey together and learn how caring for ourselves can support more balanced and meaningful connections.
