  • Speak Now or Be Silenced: Why the Hippocratic Oath
    Apr 2 2026

In this special episode in honor of Doctor’s Day, we’re coming to you from AAPLOG’s annual MBEC conference with a powerful keynote from Dr. Christina Francis.

Dr. Francis takes us on a journey through the history of the Hippocratic Oath, a legacy that has guided physicians for centuries, and challenges physicians to consider what it truly means to uphold the ethical responsibility to do no harm. She reminds us that there are times in medicine when silence is not neutrality… it’s surrender.

As physicians, our voices matter. Our oath matters. And today, Dr. Francis invites you to rediscover why and recommit yourself to use your voice for your profession and your patients. Enjoy this episode of OBservations.

  • When Doctors Heal and Lawyers Appeal: How AAPLOG & ADF Fight for Life
    Feb 26 2026

In this episode, Dr. Christina Francis sits down with Erik Baptist from Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) to discuss the vital role of ADF in protecting life and liberty. Erik shares insights into their ongoing legal battles against abortion pills and how pro-life doctors are essential in advocating for both mothers and their preborn children.

The misinformation surrounding pro-life laws can sway public opinion and jeopardize lives. It’s crucial that we stand up and clarify the truth: these laws exist to protect women and children, not harm them.

As medical professionals, we must continue to advocate for the vulnerable and ensure that everyone knows their rights. The fight is far from over, but together, we can make a difference.

Listen to the full discussion for an insider’s perspective on the challenges and victories we face in the pro-life movement!

Special thanks to ADF for sponsoring AAPLOG’s annual medical conference, MBEC.
