  • #308 HARD CONVERSATIONS: I don’t know if I want to be a Mother
    Apr 29 2025

Welcome to the conversations we know we need to have but bury deep inside of us…

Often there are thoughts that just feel so big and overwhelming, that we get lost and stuck. Speaking the words around them can help release a lot of frustration, pain and indecision.

This episode is about one BIG conversation: Should I have kids?

There are MANY expectations around women and motherhood. It can feel exhausting trying to figure out what YOU want.

This is my story…one I don’t see spoken about enough.

I feel VERY vulnerable sharing this but I also hope that this message gets to other women who are in similar sitautions and feeling incredibly isolated.

    I see you.
    I understand.
    You are not alone.

Listen if you feel that countdown timer and you’re just not sure what to do.

(Please share this with women in your life that need to feel heard as well!)

    Apr 22 2025

“I’m happiest with my feet off the ground.” – Jenny Cova

What if fear wasn’t something to conquer... but to dance with?

In this soulful and seriously inspiring episode, I’m joined by sky dancer, base jumper, and soon-to-be author Jenny Cova—an extreme athlete who brings pink power, grace, and authenticity to the clouds. But behind a woman literally flying, there's a story of self-doubt and learning to let go of ego.

But this isn’t just about jumping out of helicopters. It’s about getting real with the fears that keep any of us stuck—fear of failure, fear of being too much, fear of the conversations we avoid but know would set us free. • #306 WHEN YOUR BODY SENDS A WAKE UP CALL…Losing My Voice, 1 Year Recovery
    Apr 15 2025

What happens when you lose your voice — not just for a day, but for months?

In this deeply personal solo episode, I share my one year update on a journey through muscular tension dysphonia, a condition that silenced me (yes, completely!) and forced me to face stress, identity, and balance in a whole new way.

This is not just a story about losing your voice — it's about what happens when your body finally says: Enough.

If you've ever felt like you're carrying too much — stress in your body, fear in your mind, or the weight of “what if I never get better?” — this episode is for you.

    💡 Here’s what we explore:

    • The surprising mind-body link between stress and your voice — and what it taught me about listening to my body before it shouts.

    • Why ‘finding your voice’ isn’t just a metaphor — it's a daily, physical reality, and how I learned to nurture it back.

    • Lessons from stillness: How losing my voice forced me to rethink success, slow down, and separate my worth from my work.

Leave this episode with new ways to manage stress, protect your health, and rethink what it means to truly listen to your body.

  • #302 WHY NEED TO STOP SETTLING FOR HAPPINESS: Here’s How to Feel True Joy Instead (inspired by Carnaval!)
    Mar 11 2025

What if we’re all chasing happiness when what we really need is something deeper?

If you’re tired of counting down the minutes or feeling your good vibes slip away as soon as the next stressor hits, this episode is for you.

I recently soaked up the energy of Rio’s Carnaval—where music, movement, and a massive sense of shared purpose create one giant “dopamine menu” of fun—and it made me realize how much we overlook genuine joy.

In this solo episode, I’m breaking down why a focus on joy can be the key to true fulfillment, rather than constantly hunting for those fleeting bursts of happiness.

    Here’s a taste of what we’ll explore:

    1. Why Joy Beats Happiness – Discover the difference between quick-fix emotional highs and a deeper sense of contentment that actually fuels your long-term well-being.

    2. Reframing Your Perspective – Learn how to shift your mindset, open up to new possibilities (Carnaval-style!), and find those spark moments in your everyday life.

    3. Owning Your Time (and Your Dopamine!) – Feeling “time-poor”? We’ll talk about transforming your schedule into a personalized “dopamine menu” filled with purposeful actions that keep you energized and genuinely fulfilled.

Get ready to feel more alive and present!
