  • Losing a Friend to a Relationship: When Sisterhood Was Just a Stopover
    Apr 13 2026

Before our friends get sucked up into the motherhood vortex, we first grieve the loss to partnership. This episode unpacks the quiet heartbreak of losing a friend to a romantic relationship, why it cuts deeper than we admit and why letting go of a pick me woman is the healthiest thing you can do for your spirit.

If you’ve ever felt confused, rejected, or even ashamed for how deeply this loss affected you, especially as a single or child-free woman, this episode validates that experience. It also challenges the cultural hierarchy that places romantic relationships above all else and asks you to question whether you even subscribe to that value system.

It’s not about jealousy; it’s about realizing the friendship may have only existed as a placeholder until she found a partner. We explore how to process the loss, reclaim your self-respect, and intentionally build friendships with women who don’t disappear when romance enters the room.

This episode is both a reality check and a permission slip: to grieve, to get honest, and to raise your standards for the kind of friendships you allow in your life.

  • The Power of Being a Selfish Bitch: Feminine Wisdom w/ Andrea Bordeaux
    Apr 6 2026

Andrea Bordeaux, coach, speaker, and guide in Feminine Wisdom, to unpack her bold and refreshing take on what it means to be a “selfish bitch.” Rather than something to avoid, Andrea reframes it as a necessary shift away from people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and over-giving, into a life rooted in self-devotion, boundaries, and truth.

Andrea Bordeaux reframes what it means to be a “selfish bitch," not as something negative, but as a radical act of self-devotion, boundaries, and personal power. She shares her journey from people-pleasing and societal conditioning to embodying the Divine Feminine and guiding other women to do the same. This conversation challenges women to stop performing for approval and start choosing themselves unapologetically.

  • Hype Tip ➡️ Lean on Your Community
    Mar 30 2026

As a single, childfree woman, I know how easy it is to fall into the habit of doing everything alone—because sometimes it feels easier than asking for help and being let down. But over the past few weeks, life threw some curveballs my way, and I realized just how powerful it is to have people I can lean on.

In this episode, I share why building community has been so important in my life, how the Single and Childfree Network gives women like us a space to support each other, and why asking for help isn’t a weakness—it’s part of thriving.

I talk about why we don’t have to face challenges solo, and how even when we do do things alone, we’re actually doing them together.

  • From Survival to Sovereignty: w/ Sophie Deslauriers
    Mar 9 2026

There are moments in life where everything falls apart at once. For Sophie Deslauriers, it wasn’t just the end of an 18-year marriage marked by narcissistic abuse. It was divorce. It was a cancer diagnosis. It was being told her chances of conceiving were less than 5%. It was standing in the wreckage of the life she thought she was supposed to have and asking, “Who am I now?”

Sophie shares what it truly looks like to live in survival mode and what it takes to break out of it. She opens up about the emotional toll of toxic relationships, the identity loss that can come with long-term trauma, and the unexpected turning point that changed everything: breath work. What started as a healing practice became a reclamation, a remembering and a return to herself.

  • Hype Tip ➡️ Community Is Not like Pie: There's Enough for Everyone
    Mar 2 2026

Community is not a finite resource. There isn’t a limited number of seats at the table where if single and childfree women pull up chairs, mothers suddenly have to stand. That narrative — that if someone else is supported, you are somehow diminished — is scarcity thinking. And scarcity thinking is one of the patriarchy’s favorite control tactics.

Making sure single and childfree women have a space for them to safely exist, doesn't take away from moms having a group for themselves. Safety and support isn't pie, babe. There's a place for EVERYONE!

If someone else building a community makes you feel threatened, pause and ask who taught you that empowerment is zero-sum. Because the real power move isn’t fighting for a bigger slice. It’s realizing we can bake as many pies as we want.

  • The Reality of America's Next Top Model w/ Lisa D'Amato
    Feb 23 2026

We grew up watching the glow-ups. The fierce photoshoots. The dramatic speeches about “wanting this more than anyone else.” And of course, the iconic: “We were all rooting for you!”

But what if the real story behind the scenes was far darker than the edit: What if the shows that raised us were quietly training us to tolerate dysfunction? What if what we were watching was abuse and psychological warfare packaged as female empowerment?

The conversation goes beyond reality TV, unpacking how 2000s culture normalized humiliation, toxic authority, and suffering as strength as told through someone who lived it: Lisa D'Amato.

Lisa D’amato is an international model, recording artist, television personality and Forbes inventor and entrepreneur. She first entered our living rooms as a contestant on America’s Next Top Model. She was young. Bold. Different. Unfiltered. And in an industry that rewards compliance, she stood out, making for great TV. What we saw on screen was competition. What we didn’t see were the power dynamics. And as Lisa calls it, Psychological warfare. In recent years, Lisa has been vocal about her experience behind the scenes. Now, we will be able to catch Lisa on the new documentary on E, Dirty Rotten Scandals, premiering March 11th.

So buckle up. You know she has some shit say!
