  • #578: Solo Q+A - The Hardest Mental Moments Nobody Talks About, Recovery In My Thirties, Starting From 0 and The Lifestyle Inflation Trap!
    Mar 2 2026

Solo Q+A - just me, you and the microphone today.

01:19. 1. "You've done Marathon des Sables, the Arctic Ultra, and multiple marathons — but what has been the single hardest moment mentally across all of your ultra-endurance events, and how did you get through it?"

22:00 2. "What does your actual training week look like right now in 2026 ie sets, reps, sessions, cardio, and how has it evolved from when you first started?"

28:24 3. "You're in your late thirties and still competing in marathons. What's the one thing you wish you'd known about training and recovery in your 20s that would've saved your body?"

33:05 4. "If you were starting The Circle from zero today, no audience, no books, no reputation, what would your exact first 90 days look like to get to your first paying member?"

39:58 5. "What's the biggest mistake you see fitness coaches make when they finally start making good money; and how do you avoid lifestyle inflation killing your business growth?"

47:35 6. What's the one belief about yourself you had to completely destroy to get to where you are?
