In our final episode of season 2 of the Beauty In-Between Podcast, we had the delight of welcoming Tracey Gee! Tracey is a certified leadership coach and author, and we got to discuss topics from the importance of fiber to the importance of naming our desires and the challenges that come with it. We talked about how societal and personal pressures can make it difficult to articulate what we truly want, and the significance of approaching this process with kindness and honesty.

Tracey shares insights from her book, The Magic of Knowing What You Want (which everyone should go read and work through!), and emphasizes the power of recognizing both small and large desires as valid.
