"No political angles, just looking at what the economic research actually tells us. And I've spent a couple of, you know, spent some time digging through some of the studies and talking to some of my folks on the local level. First, here's some context. There are approximately 11 million undocumented immigrants in the United States right Now, with about 8 million of them actively participating in our workforce. And they're not evenly distributed in all the industry."

"If they know of somebody who is in need of a vehicle, they can reach out to me and say, hey, Shawna, here's somebody who is working really hard on tough times, and they need a vehicle. And because that person has bought a vehicle from me, I'm able to do that through the organization. Right. So Shauna pays it forward@pohankatoyota.com. hey, isn't that neat? "The boundaries between art and life has always been more permeable than our cultural categories suggest by embracing creativity as an inherent dimension of human experience rather than a specialized activity, we open ourselves to greater fulfillment, more effective problem solving, and a deeper appreciation for artistry that surrounds us every day. Hmm. So the next time you're making a grocery list, choosing your outfit, or figuring out how to navigate a difficult conversation, remember you're not just completing a task, you're engaging in a creative act."

"Now let's focus on the children, the innocent participants in this difficult situation. Imagine being a child whose mother is incarcerated. One day she's there, the next she's gone, often with little explanation that makes sense to a young mind. Children frequently internalize shame and blame themselves. They may be told to keep their mother's whereabouts and secret, creating additional burdens of isolation. These children live with questions that no child should have to ask. Does my mom still love me?"

"Let's face it, failure can be very painful. Sometimes physically and more often emotionally. Seeing part of your vision fall flat really, really hurts. And if people heap ridicule on top of your hurt feelings, you feel even worse. The first important step and weathering failure is learning not to personalize it. Making sure you know that your failure does not make you a failure. But there's more to it than that. For many people, the pain of failure leads to fear of failure."

"To be leading by definition is to be in front, breaking new ground, conquering new worlds, moving away from the status quo. Donna Harrison states, great leaders are never satisfied with current levels of performance. They constantly strive for higher and higher levels of achievement. They move beyond the status quo themselves, and they ask the same of those around them. Dissatisfaction with the status quo does not mean a negative attitude or grumbling. It has to do with willingness to be different, willingness to take risks."

"So if he vetoes it, because he is planning on Running for president, then this would definitely help him in that political arena. Is this brilliant strategy or is it cynical triangulation? And what does it tell us about power in Maryland's politics? That's our focus here for the next 15 minutes. Let's start with some background. First Lady John Moore is not a political novice. She was born in Queens, New York to a union family."
