It's AJ & this is just a short introduction and a few disclaimers to this podcast and community I have created for those who have experienced narcissistic and psychological abuse.

It's taken me a long time to make the decision fully create this community on Patreon. After nearly 18 years in law enforcement, my path is to help others. This is a place for those who have survived narcissistic abuse or experiencing it at present. I have had training and experience helping those in crisis professionally AND on a personal level experiencing it firsthand.
