    1. Eight days in length

    2. 800 calories a day

    3. Eight minutes of prayer, meditation, or journaling a day

    4. Eight Minutes of light exercise a day (walking, yoga)

    5. Eight acts of kindness

    6. Removal of eight items from your life

    7. Eight minutes of reading a day

    8. Eight minutes of relaxation a day
