  • Episode 4: Accountability, Altars, Alchemy - Oh My!!
    Apr 10 2026

    Hello dears,
... and how are all those family relationships or friendships going along and feeling for you? In this episode, these two long - time, long - distance sisters now turned business partners, open up about what happens between them in their 40s when the conversation comes to a halt, when communication breaks completely down, and when relationships begin to feel difficult, heavy, or hopeless.

Surprise!! Their remedy has very little to do with the other person involved!!

Weaving together their own long journey of inner work, so as to show up differently for the other, these two compile practices they have been sorting through for the better part of a decade+ of their relationships with each other and with those around them.

Accountability: what it means for us to hold ourselves accountable.

Intentional Living: brave leaps off the hamster wheel, and screaming ¡no way, José! to the daily grind... but how?

Altar: like the one at church, or the one in the movies? Spoiler alert... it's the one you build.

Ritual: like..... a ritual at that altar?

Radical: not bringing the 80s back, nor digging into politics, a new take on an old word.

Ceremony: finding the sacred in the daily routines, turn ritual; and the monthly monotony, turn magic.

Alchemy: Chicken Soup for the Soul... and how actually simple it is to summon your inner Celtic Druid/ess.

📚 Big Praise 📚 for the deeply inspiring writers who have guided us on this week's journey (and for the last many years!):

Sharon Blackie; Hagitude: Reimagining the Second Half of Life

    • Robin Wall Kimmerer; Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teaching of Plants

  • *Bonus Meditation* | Remembering
    Apr 10 2026

    Hello Darlings,

Given our episode on getting intentional, considering how, where, when, why you may build yourself an altar...

I really felt inspired to create a small meditation for us all.

Maybe something to get you started once you have your altar up, a candle lit, and have found a nice time of day that works well for you... and then you find yourself wondering:

    What now?

    I do hope this helps.

and I am so very grateful for the invitation into your space.

    sending loads of love,

from the wise + wild that dwells in me,

to the wise + wild deep within you.

  • Episode 3: Easter is Totes Pagan!
    Apr 3 2026

    Darlings!
    It's Easter!! 🌷🌷

Follow along with these two, as they invite you into ye olde enchanted forest full of Easter hares and ancestral eggs of good fortune. Meet them where they are with What does this all have to do with anything!? And cozy up for a stint as Britt + Steph attempt to respond to the very reasonable question: Did Jesus come back to life to bring children chocolates and make them happy?

As these sisters frolic in the spring meadow they may stumble onto a few symbolic and magical reasons as to why Jesus would be hanging out with maiden Goddesses and her favourite bunnies. Stick around to find out what some of those may be!

🧚‍♀️ If any kids are interested in a new take on an old holiday, the invitation is wide open for them to sip on something delicious and cuddle into the story at the top of the episode.
Steph will be reading it to her three on Sunday while they watch their eggs dry.

👀 Over on the instas, be sure to check out some visuals that go along with Britt's research for the episode!

🥚 Tune in for Steph's quick list of easy ingredients to use at home to naturally dye your own eggs this weekend!

👀 Do stay allllll the way until the end end end... where Steph leaves something of an.... Easter egg? (Britt is out of town and new age lingo is her forté.)

    🌷
Regardless of where you fall on the scale of
magic fairies + goddesses <--> men who come back to life
may we all enjoy this weekend's celebration of Spring, rebirth, and Easter gatherings - if that is what's on the calendario.

And for those of you who will be quietly ushering in the renewal of the sunshine (or the peaceful Autumn in the south!)... may you continually remember that all the beauty you see sprouting up in the natural world outside your window, is simply reflecting back to you all that beauty that blooms from within.

We love you all and still feel so grateful for your support and the time you spend with us. Do remember to click to subscribe and follow along - here as well as Instagram!
And pass the podcast on over to any pal you think may be inclined to sit a tick with us.
Leaving comments here, there, and everywhere will also continue to hook us into ye olde algorithm, and we sure would appreciate that.

  • Episode 2: Britt's Epiphany + the Sister Wound
    Mar 27 2026

Hey hey all you Pod Partiers!! This episode got seriously passionate! Follow along as a fresh real life moment from Britt's story-telling serves as an axis for us to travel along together through this funny little thing called "inherited trauma." Among the many, this week we want to focus on the Sister Wound: What is it? From where did we get it? and now... What the hell are we supposed to do with it?

Welcome to week two, episode two, and these two as they go back and forth between their experiences and attempt to harvest a little something from their gathered understanding and practices that they have grown to apply along their own paths.

✨ This episode we would like to whole heartedly dedicate to all those women out there who know exactly who they are. They have sat by our sides, held us in vulnerable spaces, and reflected back to us love, acceptance, understanding, and compassion as we put one foot in front of the other along our personal journeys of growth. We are who we are today, because that space was held for us then.

Para las mujeres que bailan en el pasto... y las que siguen prendiendo las velas, Urpillay Sonqollay.

Mostly... and.... we are both so grateful for all the massive support we have felt from our Growing! Global!! Community!!! Thank you thank you thank you everyone! This initiation has felt beautiful and the feedback and warmth we have felt from all of you has kept the fire ablaze.
    🔥 ¡Gracias! Merci !! Vielen Dank!!

    Alright our lovely little blossoms!
    Happy Spring Equinox!! 🐝🪺🌷
    and Sweet Ostara Blessings!! 🌙🌈🧚‍♀️

Warm welcomes to the official official first episode.
There is no better time than the Spring Equinox to blow a kiss full of life to a long time dream and a sister that lives at a long distance away.

Grab yourself something delicious to sip on, curl up in a cozy corner, and hang out with Britt and Steph as they walk you through the meaning of now - Spring, Equinox, Ostara - with a stroll down sensorial lane with Britt as she encourages all of us to get outside and get aware of our surroundings. Grab some paper and a pen (is Steph the last person on Earth to still grab paper and a pen?!) to jot down notes as Steph runs us through a list of Spring rituals, habits, practices, or ideas for us to kick into gear.

Don't miss our Tarot pull towards the end, and in the end end... be sure to stay a smidge longer, sink deep, close your eyes, deep breath....... and join Steph in a lovely prayer that she wrote for us all.
