  • Episode 7 (Take 2) - With Jamie Forsyth - BPD & Bipolar, Mental Health at Work & Mental Health after Covid
    Feb 14 2021

After some technical difficulties, we got there in the end. I absolutely love this episode and it could have ended up being so much longer.

With me having BPD and Jamie Bipolar, we discussed the misconceptions and similarities of both. The fact that they often get misdiagnosed as each other, we both learnt a lot about the differences we both experience and why people may confuse one with the other.

We also talk about Mental Health at work, which is something very important to both Jamie and I, and why it is essential that the conversation happens in the workplace.

And finally we talk about Mental Health after Covid and how there is actually more work to do once Covid has gone.

You can download and stream on all the usual platforms now.
