  • The Quiet Habit That’s Secretly Sabotaging Your Confidence & Goals
    Jan 20 2026

    Send us a text

If you’ve been telling yourself you want more confidence, more discipline, more consistency but you keep ghosting your own goals, this episode is for you. Because the truth is, your self-belief isn’t built in big, dramatic transformations… it’s built in the quiet moments where you either keep your word to yourself… or you don’t.

In this episode, I’m unpacking how the micro choices you make every single day shape your identity, your self-worth, and the stories you believe about what you’re capable of. When you keep backing out, snoozing, avoiding, procrastinating, or “starting again on Monday,” you’re not just delaying your results, you’re stacking evidence that you can’t trust yourself. And that hits everything: your confidence, your competence, your energy, your business, your relationships.

But this isn’t about perfection or punishing yourself. It’s about radical responsibility, aligned action, and self-compassion and creating systems that actually support the season you’re in. I’m sharing how I audit my time, why overcommitting quietly sabotages your goals, and the mindset shift that helps you stop making excuses without becoming harsh or toxic with yourself.

If you’re ready to rebuild self-trust, stop letting yourself down, and start showing up like the version of you who does what she says she’s going to do - press play. This might be the reset you didn’t know you needed.

  • Law of Attraction Isn’t A Game Of “Wish & Wait” - Here’s How It Actually Works For You
    Jan 12 2026

    Send us a text

In today’s episode, I’m back from a little mini break in the French Alps (yes, with Craig, the mountains… and an unholy amount of cakes from the most delightful French patisserie!!) I talk about why rest, space, and actually allowing yourself to switch off is so important - especially when you’re building big dreams. We also dive into one of my favourite topics ever: manifestation, the law of attraction and how your subconscious beliefs shape your reality.

I share why manifestation is not a “wish and wait” game, but about becoming the version of you who already has what you want and aligning your energy, focus, and actions accordingly. We explore how your belief system creates your thoughts, your thoughts create your feelings, and your feelings drive your actions and why aligned action, radical responsibility, and worthiness are non-negotiable if you want to change your life and business. This episode is a powerful reminder that when you shift your beliefs and energy, you shift what you’re available to receive.

  • Looking Back on 2025 - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly, The Magic
    Dec 31 2025

    Send us a text

In this end-of-year episode, I’m reflecting on the good, the bad, the ugly… and the magic that was 2025. This year tested me from the very beginning and felt like one obstacle after another, but sitting here on the cusp of a new year, I can finally see how so much of it shaped me, strengthened me, and taught me what I needed to learn.

I share some of my biggest lessons, including a major health wake-up call after a neurological event left me dealing with chronic pain for months. It reminded me that health is wealth, and it also deepened my relationship with my partner in a way I’ll always be grateful for. I talk about the power of having the right team in life and business, the importance of boundaries as an energetic power move, and why divine timing is real — sometimes you can’t receive the thing you want until you become the version of you who can hold it.

And through it all, the most unexpected magic of 2025 was becoming a grandmother, stepping into my Mimi era, and the joy baby Devon has brought into our world.

As I close out the year, I’m sharing what I’ve learned, what I’m taking into 2026, and why I’m so grateful, for the lessons, for my tenacity, for this podcast, and for you. Thank you for being here. You are capable, worthy, and so deserving of creating real magic in the year ahead.

  • Big Goals For 2026? Don’t Forget These 3 Things.
    Dec 23 2025

    Send us a text

In this special festive mini-episode, I’m sharing a gentle reflection for anyone who, like me, is already thinking ahead to the year to come. Recorded just days before Christmas, this episode isn’t about “New Year, New Me” energy, it’s about stepping into the next chapter with intention, honesty, and self-trust.

I talk about how I’m approaching 2026 and invite you to do the same by grounding your goals, dreams, and desires in my three core pillars: radical responsibility, aligned action, and self-compassion. These aren’t fluffy ideas or rigid rules, they’re principles I live by and teach because they genuinely work.

We explore what it really means to take responsibility for how you show up in your life, how to choose actions that truly serve (rather than sabotage) your goals, and why self-compassion is absolutely essential when the journey feels long, messy, or challenging.

Whether you’re already vision-boarding or simply reflecting quietly, this episode offers a grounded, empowering framework to help you create something meaningful in the year ahead, without burning yourself out or abandoning yourself along the way.

  • Your Beliefs Are Shaping Your Reality (Whether You Realise It or Not)
    Dec 14 2025

    Send us a text

This week’s episode is a real-time reflection on belief, identity, and the quiet ways we block ourselves from receiving what we want.

I’m sharing a simple moment from my birthday trip to London that stopped me in my tracks and reminded me of something fundamental: your beliefs create your reality. What you think is available to you shapes what you see, what you reach for, and what you walk straight past without even noticing.

Instead of diving into all the ways we can practise self-love and self-compassion, this episode zooms out and looks at the root of it all… self-belief. The belief that you are capable. The belief that you are worthy. And the belief that you don’t have to earn rest, joy, or expansion by burning yourself out first.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, frustrated, or like something more is calling you — this episode is an invitation to look at the belief systems you’re carrying, what you’re no longer available for, and why the greatest gift you can give yourself isn’t something you buy… it’s something you decide.

  • Self-Worth, Boundaries & Becoming: What I’ve Learned So Far
    Dec 8 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I’m feeling all the birthday reflections and sharing the biggest lessons I’ve learned on my way to almost 39, all the things I wish I could sit down and tell my younger self.

I talk about my long, messy journey with self-worth and self-love, how those two things have shaped every decision I’ve ever made, and why learning to give that love to myself changed everything. I share why I’m no longer available for other people’s drama, why it’s okay to want more, and why shrinking yourself to “fit in” is never the answer.

We get into healing, boundaries, radical responsibility, and the truth that hurt people hurt people and how understanding that helped me reclaim my story. And finally, I talk about the newest lesson life has handed me: that the magic is in the moment, right here, right now.

If you’ve ever looked back and thought, “I wish I’d known this sooner,” this episode is going to land…

  • How To Navigate The Gap Between You And Your Dreams
    Dec 1 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I start with a very on-brand embarrassing story about me, a hire car, my faux fur coat, a forgotten lip gloss and the shocking realisation that some cars still need an actual key and a lever on the floor to open the petrol cap 😅

I share honestly about my own season of being in pursuit of big dreams that haven’t fully landed yet, and the very human thoughts that come with that: Is it ever going to happen? Am I good enough? Why does it feel so far away? I talk about a conversation with my daughter that grounded me - her reminder that I didn’t pick small dreams, so of course they’ll take time, and why I genuinely believe it’s actually a privilege to even be in pursuit of a goal.

We explore how to look after yourself in the “almost”: practising self-compassion, building patience without becoming complacent, using gratitude to anchor you in the journey, and recognising that there are often lessons and inner work in the gap that prepare you for what you’re calling in. I also share one of my favourite practices: aligning your energy with the version of you who has already achieved your dreams, and showing up like her now - not waiting until you “get there” to embody her.

This one’s for you if you’re showing up, doing the work, and wondering when your big dreams are finally going to catch up with you💫

  • Spoiler: YOU’RE the Magic (Not Your Coach)
    Nov 23 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, I’m a bit croaky and on the brink of man flu, but I’m very much here 😂 because I needed to talk about something important: this idea that someone else “has the answers” for your life.

I saw a post from a coach recently selling a high-ticket programme with the vibe of, “work with me, I have the answers, I can fix everything for you.” And honestly? It felt outdated and a bit snake oil salesman-ish. Not because investing in yourself is bad (I’m ALL for it), but because I genuinely believe the opposite: you already have the answers within you. No coach, mentor, book or programme is your saviour. The right ones simply help you remember what you already know.

In this conversation, I get into:

    • how my own upbringing in a strict, patriarchal religious system taught me to ignore my inner knowing
    • the amount of unlearning it takes to realise you are allowed to want more, choose more, and think for yourself
    • how knowledge is useless without action and why you are always the one who has to implement
    • the difference between a coach who “has the answers” and a coach who helps you find yours

I also share some basic practical ways to actually access those answers within you: stripping away the noise (hi social media break 👋) creating space, asking yourself better questions, choosing a mindset that serves you instead of keeps you in victimhood, and gently ditching external validation so you can hear your own voice more clearly.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re constantly looking outside of yourself for permission, approval, or the “right” next step… this episode is your reminder that you are the magic. The answers were never out there. They’ve been in you all along. 💫
