  • What Growing Up in a Patriarchal System Taught Me About Silence
    Mar 1 2026

    Send a text

Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion of high-control religion, religious trauma, patriarchal systems, misogyny/sexism, women’s rights and equality. Please take care of yourself while listening and feel free to pause, skip, or come back when it feels supportive.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a more personal and more honest conversation about something that’s been sitting heavily with me lately. Conversations around women’s rights, equality, and autonomy feel loud online, and I’ve realised that what I’ve been feeling isn’t just frustration… it’s memory.

I talk about my lived experience of being raised as a Jehovah’s Witness, and how growing up inside a patriarchal, high-control environment shaped the way I saw myself, my voice, and what I believed was available to me as a woman. For a long time, silence felt safer. But recently, I’ve come to understand that many systems of control don’t rely on force, they rely on silence and compliance. And staying quiet no longer feels aligned for me.

This episode is my reflection on why I’m choosing to speak up more, even when it feels uncomfortable, and why using your voice doesn’t have to start loudly to be powerful.

Inside this conversation, I talk about:

    • noticing where we minimise ourselves or make ourselves smaller
    • learning to practise speaking our truth in safe spaces first
    • questioning inherited beliefs we never consciously chose
    • understanding that real change — both personal and collective — happens slowly, brick by brick

If you’ve been feeling frustrated, unsettled, or unsure how to navigate what you’re seeing and feeling in the world right now, you’re not alone. This episode is an invitation to stop shrinking, to reconnect with your own voice, and to remember that change often begins quietly, with the decision to no longer stay silent.

  • Busy, Overwhelmed, Maxed Out? Here’s How I Create More With Less Time
    Feb 19 2026

    Send a text

In today’s episode, I’m speaking to anyone who feels time-poor… hello busy mums, entrepreneurs and women who are maxed out and trying to juggle a million moving parts! I’m sharing the “weird and wonderful” (and yes, sometimes slightly unhinged) hacks I use to boost productivity and protect my wellbeing… because this isn’t about being busy for the sake of it, it’s about using your time in a way that supports your goals, values, peace and prosperity.

I also want to bust the myth that I “do it all.” I don’t. I have support, a team, and a network and there are still things I’m not doing yet because my capacity has limits. But there are practical shifts that help me create more in this season: protecting my health with non-negotiable time, drawing strong boundaries around who gets access to my energy, and using micro-moments to learn and grow in one focused area at a time , like my 2026 mission to understand the stock market and start investing in the stocks and shares.

I talk about stacking time in ways that make life easier (yes, including going to the gym with a full face of makeup!), making decisions from the perspective of my future self, and weaving affirmations and gratitude into everyday tasks because words carry energy, even when you’re just brushing your teeth or watering your plants. And finally, I share why regular check-ins with your schedule and energy are the real secret sauce: reassessing what’s working, what’s draining you, and making small tweaks before you waste weeks (or years) living in misalignment.

  • Grace Over Grind: What to Do When Life Feels A Lot
    Feb 9 2026

    Send a text

In this episode, I’m sharing how I’ve been choosing grace over grind during a time that feels heavy and how you can do the same without guilt, shame or the pressure to “power through.”

I talk honestly about what self-compassion can look like in real: loosening routines, listening to your body, setting boundaries with people and social media's and allowing yourself to slow down when pushing would only cause more harm. This isn’t about giving up or losing momentum, it’s about recognising when you’re in the exception, not the rule and responding with care instead of force.

I also share how to avoid letting hard seasons become your new normal and how to support yourself with both compassion and accountability so you can move forward in a way that actually feels aligned.

If life feels like a lot right now, think of this episode as a gentle reset. A reminder that softness is not weakness, that you don’t need to justify slowing down and that choosing grace today is often the very thing that helps you keep going tomorrow.

  • Are the Actions You’re Taking Today Leading to Success or Sabotage?
    Feb 2 2026

    Send a text

In this episode, I’m sharing what you can do today to set yourself up for success tomorrow, and why success has far less to do with outcomes or external validation than most of us have been taught to believe. I start by redefining what success actually means, not as a finish line, but as having a goal and either reaching it or being in the pursuit of it. Because success looks different for everyone, and it has to be defined on your terms.

We explore the importance of clarity, vision, and anchoring into a meaningful why, going deeper than surface-level goals like money or achievement, and into the real reasons you want what you want. I break down the difference between an aligned action plan (the steps you take) and a success plan (the systems, routines, and environment that support those actions), and why having one without the other is often why people stop-start or fall into self-sabotage.

I also talk about dedication and consistency, why motivation alone won’t create lasting change, and how small micro actions compound over time to create real results. Finally, I share a powerful exercise to help you connect with the future version of you so you can start making choices today that are aligned with the life, goals, and version of yourself you’re becoming.

  • The Real Reason You’re Not Taking Aligned Action
    Jan 26 2026

    Send a text

If you keep telling yourself “I’ll do it when I’m ready” - this episode is for you.

This is a conversation for the woman who feels the pull to do more, be more, create more… but keeps hesitating when it’s time to take action. The one who knows she’s capable, yet still finds herself holding back, waiting for the right moment, more confidence, or some invisible permission.

In this episode, I explore why it’s not fear of failure that keeps us stuck, it’s fear of judgement. Fear of being seen. Fear of what other people might think if we try, if we show up, if we get it wrong.

You’ll hear why waiting to feel “ready” is one of the most convincing forms of self-sabotage, how showing up messy is often the fastest path to growth, and why the opinions that hold us back usually come from people who aren’t walking our path anyway.

This is an invitation to stop selling yourself short, to step out of the sidelines, and to ask yourself one powerful question:

If I didn’t care what anyone thought… how would I show up?

  • The Quiet Habit That’s Secretly Sabotaging Your Confidence & Goals
    Jan 20 2026

    Send a text

If you’ve been telling yourself you want more confidence, more discipline, more consistency but you keep ghosting your own goals, this episode is for you. Because the truth is, your self-belief isn’t built in big, dramatic transformations… it’s built in the quiet moments where you either keep your word to yourself… or you don’t.

In this episode, I’m unpacking how the micro choices you make every single day shape your identity, your self-worth, and the stories you believe about what you’re capable of. When you keep backing out, snoozing, avoiding, procrastinating, or “starting again on Monday,” you’re not just delaying your results, you’re stacking evidence that you can’t trust yourself. And that hits everything: your confidence, your competence, your energy, your business, your relationships.

But this isn’t about perfection or punishing yourself. It’s about radical responsibility, aligned action, and self-compassion and creating systems that actually support the season you’re in. I’m sharing how I audit my time, why overcommitting quietly sabotages your goals, and the mindset shift that helps you stop making excuses without becoming harsh or toxic with yourself.

If you’re ready to rebuild self-trust, stop letting yourself down, and start showing up like the version of you who does what she says she’s going to do - press play. This might be the reset you didn’t know you needed.

  • Law of Attraction Isn’t A Game Of “Wish & Wait” - Here’s How It Actually Works For You
    Jan 12 2026

    Send a text

In today’s episode, I’m back from a little mini break in the French Alps (yes, with Craig, the mountains… and an unholy amount of cakes from the most delightful French patisserie!!) I talk about why rest, space, and actually allowing yourself to switch off is so important - especially when you’re building big dreams. We also dive into one of my favourite topics ever: manifestation, the law of attraction and how your subconscious beliefs shape your reality.

I share why manifestation is not a “wish and wait” game, but about becoming the version of you who already has what you want and aligning your energy, focus, and actions accordingly. We explore how your belief system creates your thoughts, your thoughts create your feelings, and your feelings drive your actions and why aligned action, radical responsibility, and worthiness are non-negotiable if you want to change your life and business. This episode is a powerful reminder that when you shift your beliefs and energy, you shift what you’re available to receive.

  • Looking Back on 2025 - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly, The Magic
    Dec 31 2025

    Send a text

In this end-of-year episode, I’m reflecting on the good, the bad, the ugly… and the magic that was 2025. This year tested me from the very beginning and felt like one obstacle after another, but sitting here on the cusp of a new year, I can finally see how so much of it shaped me, strengthened me, and taught me what I needed to learn.

I share some of my biggest lessons, including a major health wake-up call after a neurological event left me dealing with chronic pain for months. It reminded me that health is wealth, and it also deepened my relationship with my partner in a way I’ll always be grateful for. I talk about the power of having the right team in life and business, the importance of boundaries as an energetic power move, and why divine timing is real — sometimes you can’t receive the thing you want until you become the version of you who can hold it.

And through it all, the most unexpected magic of 2025 was becoming a grandmother, stepping into my Mimi era, and the joy baby Devon has brought into our world.

As I close out the year, I’m sharing what I’ve learned, what I’m taking into 2026, and why I’m so grateful, for the lessons, for my tenacity, for this podcast, and for you. Thank you for being here. You are capable, worthy, and so deserving of creating real magic in the year ahead.
