  • What Growing Up in a Patriarchal System Taught Me About Silence
    Mar 1 2026

    Send a text

Trigger warning: This episode includes discussion of high-control religion, religious trauma, patriarchal systems, misogyny/sexism, women’s rights and equality. Please take care of yourself while listening and feel free to pause, skip, or come back when it feels supportive.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing a more personal and more honest conversation about something that’s been sitting heavily with me lately. Conversations around women’s rights, equality, and autonomy feel loud online, and I’ve realised that what I’ve been feeling isn’t just frustration… it’s memory.

I talk about my lived experience of being raised as a Jehovah’s Witness, and how growing up inside a patriarchal, high-control environment shaped the way I saw myself, my voice, and what I believed was available to me as a woman. For a long time, silence felt safer. But recently, I’ve come to understand that many systems of control don’t rely on force, they rely on silence and compliance. And staying quiet no longer feels aligned for me.

This episode is my reflection on why I’m choosing to speak up more, even when it feels uncomfortable, and why using your voice doesn’t have to start loudly to be powerful.

Inside this conversation, I talk about:

    • noticing where we minimise ourselves or make ourselves smaller
    • learning to practise speaking our truth in safe spaces first
    • questioning inherited beliefs we never consciously chose
    • understanding that real change — both personal and collective — happens slowly, brick by brick

If you’ve been feeling frustrated, unsettled, or unsure how to navigate what you’re seeing and feeling in the world right now, you’re not alone. This episode is an invitation to stop shrinking, to reconnect with your own voice, and to remember that change often begins quietly, with the decision to no longer stay silent.

  • Busy, Overwhelmed, Maxed Out? Here’s How I Create More With Less Time
    Feb 19 2026

    Send a text

In today’s episode, I’m speaking to anyone who feels time-poor… hello busy mums, entrepreneurs and women who are maxed out and trying to juggle a million moving parts! I’m sharing the “weird and wonderful” (and yes, sometimes slightly unhinged) hacks I use to boost productivity and protect my wellbeing… because this isn’t about being busy for the sake of it, it’s about using your time in a way that supports your goals, values, peace and prosperity.

I also want to bust the myth that I “do it all.” I don’t. I have support, a team, and a network and there are still things I’m not doing yet because my capacity has limits. But there are practical shifts that help me create more in this season: protecting my health with non-negotiable time, drawing strong boundaries around who gets access to my energy, and using micro-moments to learn and grow in one focused area at a time , like my 2026 mission to understand the stock market and start investing in the stocks and shares.

I talk about stacking time in ways that make life easier (yes, including going to the gym with a full face of makeup!), making decisions from the perspective of my future self, and weaving affirmations and gratitude into everyday tasks because words carry energy, even when you’re just brushing your teeth or watering your plants. And finally, I share why regular check-ins with your schedule and energy are the real secret sauce: reassessing what’s working, what’s draining you, and making small tweaks before you waste weeks (or years) living in misalignment.

  • Grace Over Grind: What to Do When Life Feels A Lot
    Feb 9 2026

    Send a text

In this episode, I’m sharing how I’ve been choosing grace over grind during a time that feels heavy and how you can do the same without guilt, shame or the pressure to “power through.”

I talk honestly about what self-compassion can look like in real: loosening routines, listening to your body, setting boundaries with people and social media's and allowing yourself to slow down when pushing would only cause more harm. This isn’t about giving up or losing momentum, it’s about recognising when you’re in the exception, not the rule and responding with care instead of force.

I also share how to avoid letting hard seasons become your new normal and how to support yourself with both compassion and accountability so you can move forward in a way that actually feels aligned.

If life feels like a lot right now, think of this episode as a gentle reset. A reminder that softness is not weakness, that you don’t need to justify slowing down and that choosing grace today is often the very thing that helps you keep going tomorrow.
