To build more confidence, refine:
competence, familiarity, and being who you want to be.
Even social anxiety is not permanent.

Your fear of the unknown

We live in the safest time,

and entertaining.

Your brain is not wired to appreciate this.
Your brain is wired to be anxious and afraid.
But don’t panic! You don’t have to play along.

“Worry” is really just a cute little puppy,
On duty, by the campfire... yapping at harmless unknowns.

“Everything is going to be okay,” you tell him,
And he wags his tail with delight.

You have every reason to sleep soundly at night.

Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ Some daddy wisdom this week, delivered with warm vibes and a bit of laughter. "Don't be fooled into thinking the world is seeping with hatred and bad people!!" It's not. Those people are relatively rare, but they get all the attention online.

The best writers will tell you that conflict makes for gripping stories... So no wonder so much content we see online is seeping with negative energy! It gets eyeballs on those 💰advertisements💰 between rage inducing posts. 😭

I promise, the world is FULL of kind and loving people doing amazing things, building a 🌷better world.🌷 These people don't go viral. But they're all around us!!

So let's let put those negative emotions from the screens back into perspective. This is a great world we live in, and I won't let rage-bait companies trick you otherwise. We have so many reasons to be happy, and if you can't shake the pessimism... don't worry! I'll help you along 🥰.
