Hey there, Little Bunny! ❤️ Never forget the original quest of life... To spend all day getting food! For thousands of years, that was the human job. Everything besides that, in our stressful modern world, is just busy stuff we made up! With the free time we got after the invention of agriculture. 🧑‍🌾🌽🤓

So have you been feeling like a failure lately? Hush, my Little Bunny 😘. Eat some food and I'll be proud of you. You just won the game of life. Take a deep breath with me... and then let go of all the stress from work, school, family, strangers, chores, etc.

Your real mission of the day is complete. Did you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner? You've succeeded. And I'm proud of you 😌.

And let's be grateful for everyone (especially bunnies!) who work in the industry of feeding us! This is everyone from farmers, to the truck drivers, to the cooks in kitchens, the shelf stockers in grocery stores, and the less obvious heroes who invented refrigeration, started a food business, or even regulate our food to make sure it's safe to eat. To anybunny who works in food, thank you. 🥰 (I rambled a short version of this list at the end of the episode, and I feel guilty I didn't hit everyone who deserves the deepest gratitude. I'll come prepared with a more complete list next time we give thanks.❤️)

🐇 "Daddy, what is my Nook?" 🐇

Your Nook🌷 is the coziest corner you could possibly make for yourself.

In this episode I'll tell you all about why it's going to be so good for you, but much more importantly... We get to create and decorate!!

After this episode, you'll want to gather your materials and begin creating your Nook.🌷 You'll want plushy pillows, a plushy rug, maybe some fairy lights or dim lanterns? And importantly, a separation of some kind... like a bead curtain, some silks, or just a well placed bookshelf, to keep the craziness of modern life OUT.

I'm building one for myself too. It won't be done all at once... but that's kind of the fun, yeah? 🥰 A gradual project for a happy life.
