    Dec 11 2025

It is generally associated with neurodivergent populations like spectrum disorder or ADHD. People will tend to be sensitive to being rejected or othered when they behave differently than their peers or people around them. This can create behavior like conflict avoidance or people pleasing which relates to codependency. It can also lead to people withdrawing from others or anxiety about how they are perceived. #RSD #attachmentstyle #anxiety #mentalhealth #authenticself #secureattachment
