Hello Joy Filled Universe!!!

Have you ever taken some time to see just where we are putting lots of our time, focus, and energy? Do we invest ourselves into just one thing? Or, do we invest ourselves in multiple areas of life, that affords us balance?

in today's episode, we will explore how easy it is to let slices of our wheel-of-life, like our careers which is where we spend A LOT of our time and energy, shape our identity and self-worth. We will unpack how to detach from external labels and reconnect with the deeper truth of who we are.... because when we stop defining ourselves by our labels...we create space to show up more authentically in every area of our lives. We will also learn how to strive toward balance while highlighting what essential areas of life might just need a little extra love and focus!

Hello Joy Filled Universe!!!!

I am super excited for this weeks episode because it has everything to do with a device that we love to keep close to us...... it's our PHONES!! Our phones are incredible tools but when we stop using them and they start using us.... the level of "incredible" can quickly turn to "draining." Draining or our time... Draining of our energy...and draining of our creativity and ability to focus!

In this week's episode we will explore how easily we slip into the scroll, what it costs us, and how to raise our awareness and reclaim our attention and presence!! Honestly, when I learned how much time I was spending on my phone... and I projected that forward over the course of a year.... I was literally on track to spend a total of 75 DAYS just scrolling on my phone... that is almost 2.5 months!

While I LOVE our incredible phones ...there is certainly a fine line between our ability to use these devices as a tool... and when the table turns and we become used by the devices and the algorithm that lurks within!!
