Changed my family's eating habits

Edifying, enjoyable and entertaining.

excellent insight

I liked the lengths of each section because it compacted information into more easy to process sections. I have a wheat allergy and a milk allergy which impacts my gut health significantly if ingested. she did not address food allergies in detail. she did address fodmap and other diets that can help identify digestive issues to correct constipation and other issues. she's a proponent of eating a diet including all whole foods and gives helpful advice in cutting back on or eliminating processed foods. definitely worth a listen for insight into digestive issues but not helpful in getting more than basic information about food allergies.

So interesting and informative

This series is awesome! I’m so in love with the way Dr.Joanna McMillan teaches. Besides being cheery, funny, entertaining and informative the way she presents all the information you really can follow along and learn easily.
Highly recommend if you are on a health and wellness journey.

Helpful and entertaining

This was very informative and interesting to listen to. Super helpful, accessible, and at times humorous overview of nutrition science and the workings of the GI tract. Straightforward, science based, and no nonsense. Made a confusing topic much less confusing. Thank you!

It was surprisingly easy to enjoy listening to.

Very informative. I especially loved listening to the narrator/author. I think it's a series you could listen to several times.
