  • Universal Architecture: The Trinity & Quantum Physics (Part 1)
    May 1 2025

In today’s episode, I’m stepping a bit outside the focus of this season, which has largely centered on the physical body, to address something I feel very strongly about: the misconception that energy is inherently “New Age,” satanic, or demonic.

A big part of the problem is how people are reacting to anything involving universal architecture or spiritual concepts with the same fervor that echoes medieval religious extremism. There’s a rising wave of people labeling ancient, natural practices—like astrology, crystals, or tarot—as uniformly demonic, satanic, or New Age, often without understanding the vast differences between those terms.

What’s happening now is part of a larger shift as we move from the Age of Pisces, defined by religious control and deception, into the Age of Aquarius, which is about awakening, truth, and spiritual sovereignty. In this transitional time, we must embrace paradox and complexity—two things can be true at once.

At the heart of all this is our misunderstanding of Jesus’s actual teachings and the spiritual architecture he spoke of. Jesus spoke Aramaic, a vibrational and deeply nuanced language, which communicates more than just information—it conveys energy. When he said, “The kingdom of heaven is within you,” he was referring not to a future place, but a present vibrational reality.

This episode is not about abandoning faith; it’s about reclaiming it in its fullest, most embodied form. This is the good news—that the Kingdom of Heaven is within reach, within you, and it’s waiting for you to remember who you are. Tune in now to hear more about the correlation between energy and the Trinity!

    In this episode:

  • Q&A: Increasing Progesterone, Miscarriage & Leading a Feminine Business
    Apr 24 2025

In this episode, I wanted to take a little time to answer some amazing questions and share thoughtful insights from the community. I’ve been getting really deep, thought-provoking messages, so today’s topics are all over the map in the best kind of way!

There was a really heartfelt question from a listener who recently experienced a miscarriage and is now navigating hormone balance while caring for a 15-month-old on her farm. She described living a “healthy” life—eating well, being active—but is still feeling emotionally numb and physically depleted while facing extremely low progesterone levels.

We often talk on this podcast about how women are taught to approach healing from a very masculine perspective—doing more, pushing harder, achieving balance through force. But real healing, especially hormonal healing, often requires a softening. Progesterone is a hormone of safety, of calm, of rest.

Post-miscarriage, our hormones don’t just snap back. It takes time to restore what was depleted during pregnancy. Some foundational things to think about include appropriate intake of carbohydrates and minerals, as well as adequate rest and reducing stress levels.

Finally, we dive into how to pursue a God-given dream without losing ourselves in the grind. The fear of stepping out of alignment with our values, the deep desire to stay soft, feminine, and rooted in slow living, can be so intimidating. I’ve learned the hard way that hustle culture can quickly strip away your peace if you’re not careful.

We definitely have an action-packed episode that’s touching on all of these topics and more today. Tune in today to hear more!

    In this episode:

[01:17] A spiritual insight into language.
[02:44] The tie between miscarriage and body depletion in light of low progesterone.
[20:11] The feminine aspect of astrology.
[22:23] How can we hold space for our visions and goals without losing our feminine energy?
[28:43] The impacts of women taking the role of the sole provider in relationships.
[31:31] Co-creating with the higher power to align with our visions.

  • When All the “Gut Protocols” Haven’t Worked…
    Apr 17 2025

In today’s episode, I’m diving into gut health, but—as always—I’m doing it in my own unconventional way.

Gut issues are often the gateway for many women into the wellness world. But once you're in, it can become this never-ending game of "symptom whack-a-mole." One issue pops up, you chase it with a protocol, and then another emerges. What we’re missing is a foundational practice and a deep understanding of gut physiology and how it's intricately tied to our nervous system. Without addressing those basics, you're often just spinning your wheels.

When I work with women experiencing gut issues, I often start by focusing on the basics, and one of the most commonly overlooked, yet essential, aspects of gut health is proper hydration. It seems simple, but many people are chronically dehydrated or drinking water inconsistently. Whether it’s chugging water late in the day or relying on dry foods that don’t offer hydration, these habits can seriously impair digestion.

Ultimately, my approach is about respecting the body's innate wisdom and starting with the simplest, most fundamental tools first. Everything else builds from there. We go over all of this and so much more in this episode. Tune in today and get your gut back on the right track!

    In this episode:

[18:25] Structural impediments play a role in your gut health.
[20:48] The root of gut feelings.
    [23:02] Are you pooping?

[29:39] What is the benefit of taking a supplement break?

Genuine and Refreshing

I am enjoying the Fully Nourished podcast and find it to be a wonderful and refreshing addition to other podcasts already in the health and wellness space. While I don't agree with everything Jessica says, I am always open to hearing her thoughts; I think Jessica is an intelligent and articulate individual who has clearly done her research and has the ability to relay her knowledge to others in a digestible format. She is genuine and truly has a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this podcast to any and everyone interested in health and wellness, especially women.
