  • Vicki Lord (Part 2) | ADHD, Dating Yourself & The Female Orgasm
    Oct 28 2025

In Part 2 of my chat with hair artist and author Vicki Lord, we dive even deeper, into dating, ADHD, self-pleasure, and what truly makes a woman good in bed.

We talk about her new book "Lets talk... Sex, cuts and blowdries", why dating yourself is essential, and how confidence and connection are at the heart of great sex. From the female orgasm to self-love, this episode is raw, real, and full of laughter.

And, of course, we end with my signature questions, “What item of clothing makes you feel sexiest?” and “What’s your favourite form of foreplay?”

    Oct 21 2025

In this episode, I talk with hair artist and author Vicki Lord about her brand-new memoir Let's talk... Sex, cuts and blow-dries: Choosing the chair instead of the closet (out in print October 22nd). A raw memoir about love, sexuality, ADHD, and self-discovery.

  • My Sex Story (Part 2) | Confidence, Shame & Why I Support Sex Work
    Oct 14 2025

This is Part 2 of my two-part mini-series , the one where I tell my sex story.

In this episode, I open up about my views on sex, confidence, and sex work. Why I believe in being open, unfiltered, and sex-positive. I talk about how my relationship with sex has changed from teenage insecurity to full empowerment, how ADHD and mindset affect intimacy, and why I support decriminalising sex work for safety and respect.

This conversation is about owning your body, knowing your worth, and removing the shame around female sexuality.

I want to hear your thoughts and questions for an upcoming Q&A episode, so DM me @FashionIsMyForeplay or email me fashionismyforeplay@gmail.com

  • My Fashion Industry Story (Part 1) | From Motherhood to London Fashion Week
    Sep 29 2025

In this first of a two-part special, I share my journey into the fashion industry, how becoming a mum pushed me to find my identity beyond parenting, and how that led me into design, styling, production, and eventually hosting this podcast.

Next week, in Part 2, I’ll share the other side of the story, my history with sex and why I bring both worlds together on Fashion Is My Foreplay.
