    Marvin Cotton Jr. brings a unique perspective as a community leader and justice reform advocate. Wrongfully convicted, Marvin spent 19 years, 7 months, and 12 days in prison before reclaiming his freedom. Today, he’s a business owner, lecturer, and Vice President and co-founder of the Organization of Exonerees. With his company, Better Not Broken, LLC, Marvin travels the country as a motivational speaker, sharing his story and advocating for change.

    Jasahn M. Larsosa is a driving force in the nonprofit sector. As Executive Director of GreenLight Detroit, he oversees a $5 million fund aimed at promoting economic prosperity for Detroiters facing poverty. He’s also the Founder and Board President of Black Marriage Movement, a nonprofit committed to generational wealth and healthy birthing outcomes for Black families. Jasahn and his wife are raising three daughters, the HerSheKissis, in Detroit.
