Money talk doesn’t have to be boring—or reserved for the finance bros. In this episode, I sit down with Kaitlyn Carlson, founder and CEO of Theory Planning Partners, to break down what wealth creation actually looks like for female entrepreneurs.

From her time managing wealth for ultra-high-net-worth families to building her own boutique financial planning firm, Kaitlyn shares how she’s rewriting the rules of financial advising. We get into:

    • The outdated financial models keeping women stuck (and how to break free)
    • Why your financial plan shouldn’t be based on your current bank balance
    • The connection between money, mindset, and success (yes, it’s a thing)
    • How to regulate your nervous system around money to unlock more abundance
    • What most financial advisors won’t tell you about building real wealth

Plus, we talk about why so many women struggle with financial literacy, the emotional side of money, and how to create a plan that aligns with your long-term vision.

If you're ready to shift the way you think about money and start making empowered financial decisions, this episode is a must-listen.

Today, I’m peeling back the layers on a topic that touches all of us at some point: burnout. While we often link burnout directly to work overload, my recent conversations, particularly with my coach Julia, have shed light on a different angle—that personal life complexities can be just as much as a problem in leading us to feel overwhelmed and burnt out.

In this episode, I share about how non-work-related stressors have impacted me, illustrating that burnout isn't always about the professional grind. It’s about acknowledging the hefty load we carry outside of work—from family responsibilities to personal challenges. I’ll talk about the importance of recognizing these signs early and giving ourselves the grace to admit when we’re stretched too thin, not just at work but in our personal lives as well.

    I’m covering:

    • Misconceptions surrounding burnout
    • Broadening the definition of it
    • Strategies for real self-care
    • How to look at your life and determine the areas that are causing you to feel burnt out
