I've gone through a week of it (well actually a few weeks of it, with lots of existential crisis dispersed throughout), but I feel it came to a culmination last week. It was intense and what was/is moving through me feels like the greatest hurt & separation towards the Divine that we are.

I forgot to share this in the episode. This quote from Marianne Williamson also came through for me. By denying the magnificent light that we are, we are playing so small & doing such a disservice to the Divine, to ourselves, & to humanity as a whole. We have to do our work to remember our truth.

So we can all see what is happening on a global scale. It's horrific how this 'egoic powerful struggle' is being projected onto innocent people. But it also a reflection of the bigger division & separateness we have come to as a humanity, as a collective, starting with each of us individually. We can't avoid ourselves any longer. It is each our responsibility to overcome our own fears, ego & separation now, and come back to our heart (the most courageous work that can be done). And I'm especially calling on the feminine to lead the charge (not because we're better, but because that's the wisdom we hold).

I was going over my journal notes from the recent Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat that I went to in Cancún. I remembered a really powerful experience I went through in my own inner masculine / feminine reunification. The masculine without the feminine lead is egoic, separated, only out for himself, power-driven & eventually dangerous/extremist (as we are seeing on a global scale). The feminine without the masculine backing is weak, hidden & pathetic. When both come into sacred union again, heaven unfolds.

This is a call & an invitation.

I had a massive realisation recently (for anyone who has been following recently, yes another one haha)!!!

My nervous system has been hijacked since I was a year old. I remembered something that I actually thought only happened when I was older. Our nervous system is the 'superhigway' between our Spirit & Our human, between Love & Fear, between the tangible & the intanigble. When backed up with traffic jams or messed up with road works, this symbiotic relationship & communication cannot flow, we are simply in survival.

Part of my bigger mission (with this co-regulation tool call LUMA/LumiVitae) is to give people back full autonomy & sovereighty over their nervous systems, because when we do that, the 'Divine' flows again, fully, wholly, completely.

Einstein said it, "future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies".

I believe the time has come to steward in that era as a collective, to come back to ancient wisdom & modern science. That's what landed for me recently. I had a major realisation recently. I've been on the inner, self-discovery path for a decade. It's who I am now. It's a lifestyle for me now, second nature.

I transformed so much from the inside out, but I still would struggle with a regulated nervous system, energy levels & digestion. This one thing shifted this for me. I'm in awe.
