I've gone through a week of it (well actually a few weeks of it, with lots of existential crisis dispersed throughout), but I feel it came to a culmination last week. It was intense and what was/is moving through me feels like the greatest hurt & separation towards the Divine that we are.
I forgot to share this in the episode. This quote from Marianne Williamson also came through for me. By denying the magnificent light that we are, we are playing so small & doing such a disservice to the Divine, to ourselves, & to humanity as a whole. We have to do our work to remember our truth.
This is the course I mentioned as well (from Sophie McLean). She's doing it for free, starting on the 11th April. I highly recommend it - https://www.sophiemclean.com/freeawakening
Outside of that, if you want to explore the 'water' for yourself, message me - support@karenmaloney.com or DM me on IG - https://www.instagram.com/karenmaloney_/ as the new bottle LUMA is not on the website yet, it is still in pre-launch until the end of the month & only available via a private link (which I can share).

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous,
talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other
people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of
God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others."
