What if making friends was as easy as trading a bracelet? Lessons from trading bracelets at Eras <3
✨ With the buzz of The Life of a Showgirl in the air, I thought it would be the perfect time to revisit the magic of the Eras Tour and launch a mini-series on memory-making and connection—especially the ways Taylor’s music brings us closer to our daughters.
In just 10 days, theaters will be full of Swifties, friendship bracelets in hand, ready to celebrate together. It got me thinking: friendship bracelets have always been a symbol of girlhood, sometimes even carrying the pressure of finding that one special friend. But at the Eras Tour, the experience was completely different—we traded bracelets with strangers, built instant connections, and discovered how easy (and joyful!) it can be to bond when we approach life with that same openness.
In this episode, I share what it was like to create and exchange bracelets with my daughter, how those little beads became a powerful way to be fully present together, and why the simplest moments often turn into the strongest core memories.
