  • Ep 3. The Big Misunderstanding: The Mental Health Myth We Need to Let Go Of
    Mar 27 2026

What if the way we’ve been taught to understand mental health… is actually keeping us stuck?

In this episode of Still Listening, Jeanne shares a powerful conversation that challenges one of the biggest misunderstandings in mental health today—the belief that our experiences are created by what happens to us, instead of what’s happening within us.

So many people are trying to fix themselves… manage symptoms… or control their environment—yet still feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected.

But what if nothing is actually broken?

Drawing from lived experience and a deeper understanding of how the mind works, this episode explores how trauma, stress, and emotional pain are often misunderstood—and how a shift in perspective can unlock a sense of peace that isn’t dependent on circumstances.

Because when you see how your mind actually works…everything begins to change.

Subscribe for more. And share this with someone who needs it… this might be the perspective that changes everything.

  • Ep 2. Lynne Robertson "What’s Possible When You Don’t Believe Every Thought?"
    Mar 20 2026

In this powerful conversation, Rob sits down with Lynne to explore what becomes possible when you stop letting your mind talk you out of the life you actually want.

Together, they unpack a quiet truth many people overlook: the thoughts that create doubt, fear, and hesitation aren’t permanent truths — they’re simply temporary stories passing through the mind.

Through honest reflection, real-life insight, and moments of laughter, this episode reveals how much freedom becomes available when you begin to see your thinking differently.

  • Ep 1. Rob Cook "Resetting the Mic"
    Mar 19 2026

This episode is a reset. Before we step into the next chapter of the show, I wanted to pause, reflect, and speak directly to the community that helped build this space.

From the very beginning of We're Listening, the goal was simple: create conversations where people feel heard, understood, and connected. Because of you—the listeners, the supporters, and the voices who shared their stories—that vision became a real community.

So first, thank you. But growth always invites evolution.

In this episode, I'm sharing a little about the journey behind the mic and where we're headed next. Think of this as an open invitation to come along for the next phase of the show.

    The mic is still on.

    The conversations are just beginning.

  • Ep 0. Welcome to Ground Zero – Start Here.
    Mar 17 2026

If you're listening right now, you're exactly where you're supposed to be — the starting point. This episode is intentionally short. Just two minutes. No long backstory, no wasted time. Just enough for you to decide if this space is for you. Ground Zero is where conversations begin. Real ones. The kind that makes you pause, think differently, and maybe even see yourself in a new light.

    • Sometimes we talk about growth.
    • Sometimes leadership.
    • Sometimes healing, purpose, or the lessons life teaches us come when we least expect them.

But every episode starts from the same place — awareness. Because before anything changes in life… there's always a moment where something clicks. A realization. A new way of seeing things. That moment is a ground zero moment, and it's what Still Listening is all about.

So if what you hear resonates with you, go ahead and subscribe and stick around. The real conversation starts next.
