Dear You,

Today marks a year since I launched the Calling All Hearts Podcast w/ Coach Gei’, 🎉.

so let's take a second to reflect.

alot has transpired, in terms of healing and growth and i'm at a point in my life where I want to honor that which has brought me to yet another opportunity to be expressive in support of the journey of healing but in a very nostalgic and creative way and it’s the reason why this episode is titled what it is:

so without further ado i’d like to introduce:

4rm: Gei:'. | 2: You.

and no, this isn’t another podcast. (lol).

this idea came straight from God bc over the past 5 years, i’ve gathered alot of information as i’ve healed and i feel like i’ve graduated into a new phase of womanhood, having come to this realzation and I have chosen to share from that perspective in way that feels more in alignment with my growth.

the way in which i have decided to move forward with sharing will be in the format of nostalgic letter writing that we used to write in grade school.

these letters/different forms of creative expression will be your reminders to heal intentionally, welcome the challenges, embrace your flaws, to give yourself grace through the process, to choose wisely with who you are in connection with as you are healing, to prioritize self•love, healthily boundary up, choose you and to have fun w/ and be unapologetic as you are healing bc, healing is not linear and it’s subjective and different for everyone.

self-love. - having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness, self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.

deciding to have self-love be the focal point and theme for this season was intentional and it’s because I wanted to share some helpful tips and advice on how important it is for us to make sure that we are also prioritizing the relationships that we have with ourselves outside of our external relationships.

i would like to end this season with the energy of encouraging you to give yourself and others’ grace, to be patient with the process, and to extend love: if you or someone you know is at a point of in their healing journey where they are learning new ways to become a better version of themselves, and most importantly -

i hope that this season of the calling all hearts podcast w/ coach gei'., has encouraged you all to continue to make sure that you are prioritizing the relationship that you have with yourself in the healthiest and most loving way.

hmm, so - what's my current outlook on love?

i get asked this question alot, so i decided to answer and reflect on my current stance with love, releasing the past, discernment + more, as i've turned 34 and been healing over the years. 

it's very possible for your relationship with love to change overtime due to past experiences but regardless of what you've been through, it's important that you take the necessary steps to heal intentionally and strengthen the relationship w/self (in terms of self-love/self-worth), so that you can remain open to the possibility of love.
