Dear You,

Today marks a year since I launched the Calling All Hearts Podcast w/ Coach Gei’, 🎉.

so let's take a second to reflect.

alot has transpired, in terms of healing and growth and i'm at a point in my life where I want to honor that which has brought me to yet another opportunity to be expressive in support of the journey of healing but in a very nostalgic and creative way and it’s the reason why this episode is titled what it is:

so without further ado i’d like to introduce:

4rm: Gei:'. | 2: You.

and no, this isn’t another podcast. (lol).

this idea came straight from God bc over the past 5 years, i’ve gathered alot of information as i’ve healed and i feel like i’ve graduated into a new phase of womanhood, having come to this realzation and I have chosen to share from that perspective in way that feels more in alignment with my growth.

the way in which i have decided to move forward with sharing will be in the format of nostalgic letter writing that we used to write in grade school.

these letters/different forms of creative expression will be your reminders to heal intentionally, welcome the challenges, embrace your flaws, to give yourself grace through the process, to choose wisely with who you are in connection with as you are healing, to prioritize self•love, healthily boundary up, choose you and to have fun w/ and be unapologetic as you are healing bc, healing is not linear and it’s subjective and different for everyone.
