The season 4 opener is a little different. Nate hosts this one with his wife Annette. They talk about what it was like for her as a spouse as Nate worked as a reserve officer, a corrections officer and a dispatcher and she shares some stories even Nate doesn't remember.

Nate & Gray are joined by Chris and Sarah for the final episode of season 3. They talked about some events of the last year and look ahead at 2022.

They were open and honest in discussing the issues they face with retaining and hiring staff in the career of Emergency Dispatcher. Both Kyle & Chrissy have been in the dispatch profession for a long time and offered a unique and experienced view on the job of dispatcher.

Nate sits down with his dispatch partner and former wildland firefighter Dave Grant to get some perspective on what's going on in California. Dave spent over 20 years with the Forestry Service and ended his career as a dispatcher for them before moving to Oklahoma and taking a job with the airport fire department.

Sam Watkins & Robert Lamar from Centurion Guard stop by to tell us about their organization and how they are giving back to the community they both came from. Both are Army & First Responder Veterans and felt called by God to give back to those communities.
