The reason I wanted to have this conversation is because I realize that after emotional abuse (whether in our personal or professional lives) we often feel like we have no idea where to start. We often don't even know WHO we are because the narcissist or toxic person eroded any identity we once had. Our confidence might be at an all time low and it can feel impossible to feel safe to be successful again.

But there is life after emotional abuse. And there is so much to it that we don't want to miss out on. We still want to achieve our dreams. We might not yet know what those dreams are, but we definitely know there has to be more out there!
