  • Episode 63- My Before Conversation with Melissa Barnes About the RISE Method..
    Nov 18 2025
In this episode, I did a pre conversation with Melissa Barnes about what is holding women back - trauma, grief, mental mind blocks... What women desire the most.. and how to create their own living legacy, and how to live, love & lead with no regrets. With over two decades of experience in death care, Melissa has witnessed thousands of eulogies, each one a reflection of the lives people did or did not fully live. This rare perspective became the foundation of her mission:to help women lead lives they’ll never regret leaving behind. As a Legacy & Leadership Mentor, Melissa works with ambitious female leaders; founders, executives, and mom entrepreneurs who have built success on paper yet feel disconnected, exhausted, or invisible within their own lives. Through her signature transformational framework, The RISE Method™ , she helps them break burnout, rebuild emotional intimacy, and lead their families and businesses. Melissa’s also work blends deep emotional intelligence with powerful performance psychology. Her multidimensional approach integrates neuroscience, leadership, and soul-level transformation, allowing women to rise beyond survival and step into embodied leadership across every area of life. It was such a great conversation that I had to let you all hear it. We are doing the actually podcast on Friday and posted on next Sunday..

  • Episode 62- My Pre-Conversation with Peter Stuart About Healing Pain from Within.
    Nov 17 2025
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Peter’s Power about healing the body and the mind from an internal to an external perspective, when it comes to health and wellness. Peter’s journey began by helping people externally through physical therapy, focusing on their physical health. He then transitioned to healing people internally through his new coaching approach, which involves finding the root cause of their pain and its impact on the rest of their body, both internally and externally. It was definitely a phenomenal conversation, as I learned a great deal about the importance of identifying the root cause of pain and trauma to facilitate healing throughout the body. And that pain never stays in one place. So even though you’ll heal one part where there is pain, it doesn’t mean that it will not spread to another part of your mind or your body. Pain will always find someplace to cause problems, trauma, depression, anxiety, diseases, illnesses, and mental health issues.

    Nov 3 2025
In this episode, I’m gonna be having a conversation with Ty Gibson about the positive mindset when it comes to maintaining this mindset, despite the negative things you go through physically as far as internal and external health issues, and unnecessary mental and psychological issues when it comes to everyday life trauma that we go through as far as relationships, society, standards, financial issues, and pain and suffering that we face. we also talk about his journey with having diabetes as a kid, to having two kidney surgeries, and one pancreatic surgery, and how he has overcome that which led him to this positive mindset that he now teaches people every day. • Episode 59 - Why Are People Really Dying?
    Oct 28 2025
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing one of the reasons why people are dying. And what I’m gonna be discussing is going to shock a lot of people. I’m also gonna be talking about me being a medical builder and the struggles that we go through when it comes to billing claims. And what a lot of providers do not know when it comes to the reason why a lot of claims are not being paid that is really going to shock them. The truth about how many claims that we had to adjust all due to timely filing, no authorization, pre-certification, referral, or coordination of benefits. We also need to talk about the difference between overseas doctors when it comes to them testing for everything, versus doctors in the western cultures they’re only test for whatever you tell them is wrong. How a lot of people aren’t finding out about conditions they never knew they were had due for them never being tested for it. This conversation is gonna be very interesting to a lot of providers. And I think a lot of providers need to know this information so we can change this health system. Because this health system is unalive so many people due to last minute diagnosis that could’ve been prevented, if they were tested a long time ago

  • Episode 59- Holistic Healing and Recovery vs Modern Medicine
    Oct 14 2025
In this episode, I will be discussing Holistic Healing and Recovery Vs Modern Medicine as far the differences, and pros and cons of both. How I'm on a holistic healing and recovery journey that has completely changed my life? How many doctor's in America have change their practices to more holistic healing practices as far treating patients? I see a lot of doctor's and scientist, who are on social media channels, and websites talking bout what they have learned that they were not taught in medical school? How so many people are dying due to misdiagnosed due to the doctor's in America not recommending holistic healing and a heathier way of eating and lifestyle? How me being misdiagnosed multiple times by doctors led me to a holistic lifestyle?

  • Episode 58 Ravoke_com Presents CRPS Summit_
    Oct 7 2025
In this episode, I did a video live on all of my platforms about a CRPS Summit. I felt like this summit needed to be on this platform as well due to the millions of people that have chronic pain in CRPS that are not being treated. so I decided to post it on all of my platforms. A friend of mines Charles Mattocks did a summit on his website about CRPS and pain. This summit consists of not only doctors who specialize in CRPS from around the world, but also the patients who suffer from it. And I thought this would be a great summit to bring awareness about CRPS, and pain. So I decided I wanted to do a two part episode about the summit and about the conversations between the patients and the doctors about CRPS and pain and western medicine as far as how they deal with it. So I hope this summit that my friend did brings a lot of awareness about CRPS and chronic pain. I thought it was a great summit that I wanted to share with my audience.
