IIn this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Jodi Scott the co-founding of Green Goo with her mom and sister in a tiny kitchen, taking herbal infusions in mason jars nationwide to over 120,000 stores. Her family’s journey has been wild, we even sold our company, then bought it back because our mission wasn't over. From packing orders in our farm’s chaotic warehouse (chickens and dogs included) to running the business from a laptop while traveling across the country, She has experienced first hand how her purpose and resilience shape new way of healing internal and external health. She also has a background in health psychology, biology, and pre-med. She is passionate about connecting the dots between mindset, emotional health, and plant-based solutions for everyday wellness. We talked about the importance of holistic healing as far as mind, the body, and soul. The connection between the mind, body and spirit. We talk about the current healthcare system as far as prescription drugs vs holistic medicine. She talked about her company, Green Goo, and how it started. I decided to let you guys hear it because it was a great conversation. #holistichealth #holistichealing #holisticproducts

  • Episode 67- My Pre Conversation With William Person about CTE Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy
    Dec 14 2025
In this episode, I have a pre-conversation with William person about CTE Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy and what it means when it comes to how it impacts and affects athletes, and people in the military. A little about William, William spent nine years as a Team USA bobsledder until CTE-like symptoms turned his life upside down. He went from athletic peak to debilitating depression and confusion, even losing his way in his own neighborhood. CTE, tragically, can only be confirmed after death, but the symptoms rob people of their joy and sanity when they’re still alive. Athletes and military veterans are both at risk, and it’s alarming how this crisis impacts not just individuals, but families and communities. Inspired by Joe Namath’s story, William tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and saw immediate improvement in his brain fog and overall wellbeing. Now, he’s determined to help others access these life-changing treatments. With a GoFundMe campaign underway, he’s raising money to open a nonprofit CTE Recovery Center offering HBOT and other therapies, completely free for athletes and veterans. He’s deeply passionate about sharing what saved his life, warning others about the silent dangers of head traumas, and advocating for healing resources before it’s too late. CTE is a is something that a lot of people do not talk about when it comes to any type of brain damage, concussions, Alzheimer’s, and dementia that needs to be talked about. So we talked about a little bit about what it is and how he has been impacted by this particular disorder after an injury while he was in the Olympics. I cannot wait for you guys to hear this conversation prior to our actual conversation coming up very soon.

  • Episode 65 My pre-conversation with Rahul Prasad about Western Medical Treatment..
    Nov 26 2025
In this Zoom video, I did a pre-conversation with Rahul Prasad about the difference between eastern and western medical treatment, modern medicine, holistic medicine, treatments, and examinations. We are also talking about why it takes almost dying or a serious injury before you find out what is wrong with you? How in other countries, they do MRI, CPT scans, dental, x-rays, labs, cancer screenings, a colonoscopy, heart exam, dermatology, eye exam, and more at one time? Why in America do we have to pay for every test or labs separately which can be very expensive? It was a very good conversation that I wanted you all to hear, so I decided to post it. We will be doing the actual podcast soon. #health #wellness #healingjourney #recovery

  • Episode 64- My Conversation with Peter Stuart About The Mind and the Body.
    Nov 23 2025
In this episode, I had a conversation with Peter’s Power about healing the body and the mind from an internal to an external perspective, when it comes to health and wellness. Peter’s journey began by helping people externally through physical therapy, focusing on their physical health. He then transitioned to healing people internally through his new coaching approach, which involves finding the root cause of their pain and its impact on the rest of their body, both internally and externally. It was definitely a phenomenal conversation, as I learned a great deal about the importance of identifying the root cause of pain and trauma to facilitate healing throughout the body. And that pain never stays in one place. So even though you’ll heal one part where there is pain, it doesn’t mean that it will not spread to another part of your mind or your body. Pain will always find someplace to cause problems, trauma, depression, anxiety, diseases, illnesses, and mental health issues. #healingj #wellness #health
