So there are a lot of people that can overcome things, but they can’t maintain the thing that they overcame because they end up going through it all over again later on down the line. So in this episode, we talk about how to not only obtain something, but also being able to maintain whatever it is that you’re trying to do the better your life to become a better version of yourself.

    On this episode, I’m discussing how being on your phones constantly strolling whether it be social media, different apps or texting is messing up your vision. i’m currently right now going through this when it comes to my vision due to strolling on social media entirely too much. However, between being in front of a computer screen for eight hours at work, strolling on your social media, texting, and watching TV and being on your personal laptops, computers, and desktops are over, exerting the nervous system as far as your eyes and causing your eyes to be overworked. And how this can turn into anxiety by overworking your eyes due to watching multiple computer, laptops, tablets, and phone screens? and this is the reason I want to talk about it because it has gotten to the point where I’m not able to drive due to this particular issue. And the fact of people not getting enough sunlight due to being in the house for hours on these different types of screens and not getting any fresh air, it’s not good for our vision in the long run? And how it’s important that we give our eyes in our body vitamin D from being outside, versus being indoors all day in front of screens constantly?
