  • Cracked, Cupped & Competition-Ready
    Mar 30 2026
Jojo and Rebecca are back, and this week they brought a friend.

Will Imburgia, chiropractor and owner of Freedom Chiropractic in Penfield, pulls up a chair for episode 28. The girls have been in his office and they can vouch. The shockwave therapy, the muscle release work, the cupping that looks alarming but apparently feels great after the first two minutes. Will breaks down what he actually does and why it works, and why so many people are one visit away from avoiding surgery they probably don't need.

They get into the hip flexor, which is chronically tight on basically everyone, what cupping actually does to your body and why the darker the mark the better, and why the BMI scale is essentially useless for anyone who lifts.

The competition talk takes over for a good stretch. Will competed in the Mr. Buffalo show and placed second in his class. Jojo and Rebecca have their own war stories. The spray tan. The lights. The heels. The man with the spray gun at the out of town show, which was not what anyone signed up for. The cookies in the car on the drive home.

Rebecca is prepping for a show. Jojo is prepping with her and planning to look great at the show without actually being in it. There is a wedding in Florida three weeks out and they are already nervous about it.

Also: feet, fur coats, gluten, and what it actually takes to get to the stage and stay there.

  • Full, Fried, and Locked In - The Two Fit Chicks
    Mar 23 2026
JoJo and Rebecca came back from spa day… relaxed, refreshed… and immediately spiraled into stories.

They hit Elephant and the Dove, overdid it (obviously), and JoJo dropped a line that stopped everything cold:
“I’d rather be hungry than full.”
    Yeah… we unpack that.

Then Michael Tandoi pulls up — fresh off a cruise with the boys (San Juan, DR, Bahamas… light flex), and a paving convention in New Orleans… where he casually walked 25,000 steps chasing a legendary fried dough spot. Found it. Ate it. Worth it.

    But now? He’s locked in.

    April 27th show.
    210 → 187.
    Back to his strongest self.
    Meal prep. Macros. No nonsense.

We get into the weird stuff too — like how Fig Newtons go from childhood trauma to coffee-dipping morning ritual. Growth.

    Also… Midtown Gym? Not happening.
    If you’ve gotta stop 15 times to say hello, it’s not a workout — it’s a meet-and-greet.

And then there’s the real MVP moment:
His 11-year-old wanted a mansion party… Airbnb said no.
So he turned his house into a full-blown glamping experience — robes, headbands, the whole thing.
    Dad of the year behavior.

    This one’s not polished.
    It’s not filtered.
It’s just real life — with a mic on.

  • Bachelor Auction, Dating App Stories & Fireball Shots
    Mar 16 2026
JoJo and Rebecca sit down with Jerry Suhr and Hunter Johnson, two bachelors in the upcoming Cancer Support Community of Rochester bachelor auction at Anthology on March 21st. Jerry is on the associate board and co-chairing the event. Hunter is one of the bachelors.

The crew does a fit check, gets into how JoJo met Jerry on a dating app eight years ago and they became friends instead, and somehow ends up in a very long conversation about the word cunt and how it lands differently depending on who says it and how. Bill is there and does not help.

Jerry is going to walk out to California Girls, possibly in aviators, possibly with a blazer that doubles as a tiki bar. He had seven drinks at his last event. He is 32 and looks 22. His mom is an esthetician.

They talk about what the Cancer Support Community actually does beyond treatment, the emotional and mental toll of a diagnosis, art classes, chef classes, food pantry, therapy, and why that side of cancer support does not get talked about enough.

Fireball shots are consumed. Hunter does not look happy about it.
