I loved the book. I love the series. the ending on this was bitter sweet

loved how we went from father to son to space and time travel all under the umbrella of a zombie apocalypse.

Awesome! Suspense

I don’t even know where to start. From the very first Zombie Road book to the last one. I’m so sad the series is over.

It was one helluva ride. This last one was so great I have listened to it a few times. It took me on a ride. I think it was a great way to finish up the series. I just didn’t want it to end. The narrator was good as well.

I wasn’t disappointed at all with this ending, just sad knowing it was over.


I almost think Zombie Road VIII was nearly as good as the first one. Good luck and looking forward to other series.

I love every book bye david a. I love love love the narrator too. I have listened to all of these zombie road books 2 times already and I will be listening to them again, they will stay in my library 😁. Thank you David A Simpson for writing the best zombie books ever.

Excellent ending to a series!

Everything was tied up nicely the way the way the character would, and I really liked that.

All 8 books were great..

Okay after listening to all 8 books, I can say is awesome.. I got lost on a few key moments but the author cleared up a lot of missing or unanswered questions and plots.. The books are a great read.. I liked the way the author seems to get you intrigued with Gunny, but in all honesty the book(s) are about Jesse.. 10/10.. great job!!!

fantastic story. totally different from other zombie tales

only issue was there wasn't more. would love a series about the adventures of Jess and scarlet. and a series about Jess and Maddy. some many stories could be written about them. I would gladly NY those credits. I give this series a 6 out of 5

What an awesome series

One of the best most creative series ive come across the amount of story line is almost unheard of in the zombie story world an ill listen to this series again when the time is right guaranteed .
