Worst narration ever!

This is probably a very good book, and that is why I keep coming back to it. I could get my money back, but I would like to listen to it. It is, no doubt, the worst narration ever. Would someone please prevent authors from recording their own books? Someone desperately needs to re-record this.

I'm sorry, but her voice drives me insane

This seemed like a good book. I tried listening to it three times, but the narrator is so horrible. I could not pay attention because her voice was so annoying.

I rarely have trouble getting through the book bc of narration; this was one of those books...

Also, I think book should been a blog post and whole idea/point conveyed in few pages rather than 6h book...

Painful narrator

The topic and subject matter in the book are pretty good. Ideas, techniques and info are useful and enjoyable. The narrator has a thick accent and horrible annunciation. I have found it difficult to get through this audiobook because of that. With a different narrator the book would be much, much better.

Can't listen another minute.

OMG. If you have a terrible voice hire a professional to read the book. Buy the book not the audio.

The narration is fine! Interesting Content

I don’t understand all the griping about the narration. She sounds like she is from Russia. I can understand every word she is saying. The content is more important to me than her accent.

There does not seem to be much scientific basis for the mythology

General mindfulness yoga aerobic and breathing techniques have much more scientific support. It was interesting to learn about triune brain model

you're an author, not a speaker.

Super abrasive narration by the author. It destroys any value that the book may have had. Author, please stick to your profession, and reading texts in English is currently not one of them.

Distracting performance.

Unfortunately, I found the reader's performance was so distracting I could not enjoy the content.

Couldn't finish it. Narration is awful, it would have been worth hiring a professional narrator.
